Therapeutic ultrasound has been used in the treatment of osteoarthritis for the relief of symptom and improvement of functional status. In recent study, we found that ultrasound enhances cartilage repair in experimental early stage osteoarthritis, and prevents deteriorative changes in later stages.

Then the index of ulcer was measured and the ulcer inhibitory rate was measured.Results: The weight of ear of mice treated with XSG was reduced compared with that of normal group,and the joint swelling of rat was less than that of normal group. The latence of sole-ache caused by hot-plate and bellyache caused by acetic were both delayed and the times of skewing body within 15 minute were reduced compared with that of the normal group.

结果：香砂六君颗粒对小鼠二甲苯性耳廓肿有明显对抗作用；对大鼠蛋清性关节肿有一定对抗作用；对热板和醋酸所致小鼠疼痛香砂六君颗粒能明显延长其舔足潜伏期和减少扭体次数；对大鼠利血平型及乙酸型胃溃疡香砂六君颗粒组的溃疡指数从模型组的46.26±1.64mm2和23.02±2.05mm2减少为34.75±0.82mm2和13.84±1.2mm2；对大鼠利血平型及乙酸型胃溃疡香砂六君颗粒的溃疡抑制率分别为51.43%和39.87%。

Results: 1 Intense ERα immunoreactivity localized in the hypertrophic and maturative layer, and some immunoreactivity was found in osteoblasts of mandible and temporal bone, while no immunoreactivity was found in the disc and synovium. 2 The expression of ERα in male rats TMJ cartilage was higher than that in female ones. 3 In the condyle cartilage of male rats, the density of ERα positive cells decreased with age, which kept stable after 16 weeks of age. 4 In the condyle cartilage of male rats, the density of ERα positive cells was stable from birth to 8 weeks, but decreased from 16 weeks to 12 months, while the density in 18-month group recovered to the level of 8 weeks. Conclusion: TMJ is one of target organs of estrogen, and ERα plays an important role in the effect of estrogen on TMJ.

结果：1TMJ中ERα主要在髁突软骨的肥大层和过渡层表达，下颌骨和颞骨的骨细胞也有少量表达，而关节盘、滑膜中几乎无表达；2雄性SD大鼠髁突软骨中ERα的表达明显强于同龄的雌性大鼠；3在雄性大鼠TMJ髁突软骨中阳性细胞密度随年龄增长逐渐降低，16周以后逐渐维持在相对稳定的水平；4雌性大鼠从出生后到8周龄阳性细胞密度基本稳定，在16周龄至12月龄年龄组阳性细胞密度显著降低，而在18月龄后又恢复到8周龄以前的水平。

Objectives:Through the detection of the expression level of interleukins-1β(IL-1β), matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) and nuclear factor kappa B in Synovium and the detection of the concentration of IL-6 and TNF-αin serum of collagen induced arthritis Wister rat, to investigate the relationship between IL-1β、MMP-9、NF-κB and arthritis index in the development of arthritis,and to understand the pathology of synoviocyte.This may provide an experimented proof for the diagnosis of clinical rheumatical arthritis. Methods: Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups,namely the model controlled group and the normal controlled group,three subgroups were randomly divided in model group and controlled group separately.
