关节固定术

To evaluate the biomechanical stability of lumbar intact specimen, anterior lumbar interbody fixation specimen, ALIF specimen fixed with pedicle screw and ALIF specimen fixed with translaminar facets screw.

目的］ 对腰椎完整标本、单纯腰椎前路椎间融合术、ALIF分别行椎弓根钉固定及经椎板关节突螺钉固定4种状态进行测试，比较生物力学稳定性。

［Objective］To compare the results of 3 methods to treat complete dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.

［目的］比较克氏针张力带、锁骨钩钢板和经皮螺钉结合克氏针固定治疗肩锁关节完全脱位的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、疗效及并发症。

Cases with bone graft fusion were Resected lateral part of lesion vertebral lamina and process;2 cases were treated with contralateral interanticular process and vertebral lamina bone graft fusion; 2 cases with intravertebral fusion were treated by laminectomy and arthrectomy of one side by posterior route and USS implantating; Others cases were routine internal fixation.

行植骨融合术2 例，切除患侧椎板外半和椎间相应关节突；行对侧椎板关节突间植骨融合2例，行后路半椎板和一侧小关节切除USS 植入，椎间融合2例，余采用常规手术内固定。

2Anatomic reductoin should be done in operation as possible as we can,cample bone should be transplanted for bone defeats,suitable and rigid internal fixation should be used,cross ligaments,collateral ligaments and meniscus injury should be effectively repaired.

术中尽可能解剖复位，关节面塌陷患者植骨量要足够，并给予合理而坚强的固定，术中尽量修复半月板、韧带等合并伤。

Of the femoral fracture,there were 14 cases of fractures of shafts of femurs and 1 case of supracondylar fracture of femur;11 male, 4 female;7 left cases,8 right cases;1 case complicated with bending of bone plate and screw,6 cases with breakages of plate;1 case with bending of common intramedullary nail,2 cases with breakages of common intramedullary nails,1 case of screw and wire lock fixation complicated with pseudoarticulation formation,4 cases with nonunion of fracture.

方法］24例长骨骨折内固定手术失败应用有限切开交锁髓内钉治疗的长骨骨折翻修术病例中，股骨15例，其中股骨干骨折14例，股骨髁上骨折1例；男11例，女4例；左侧7例，右侧8例；接骨板螺丝钉折弯1例，断裂6例，普通髓内钉折弯1例，折断2例，螺钉并钢丝固定假关节形成1例，骨折不愈合4例。

Methods Fortythree cases of Itraarticular Fracture of the Calcaneus(46 feet) were treated with limited internal fixation with small incision and artificial bone implantation from June 2003 to June 2007.There were 34 male(37 feet) and 9 female(9 feet). 2003年6月—2007年6月作者采用微创小切口有限内固定联合人工骨植入的方法对43例46足跟骨关节内骨折进行治疗，其中男34例37足，女9例9足，术中运用跟骨外侧横行小切口，塌陷的跟骨后关节面复位后选用羟基磷灰石人工骨材料填充跟骨内空腔然后克氏针及螺钉固定。
