Results: MRI findings included: 13 cases of abnormality of the rotator cuff, 4 of abnormality of the glenoid labrum, 2 of abnormality of both the rotator cuff and long head of biceps tendon, 2 of abnormality of long head of biceps tendon,5 of subacromial bursitis, 4 of abnormality of bony structure.

结果：21例肩关节MRI扫描发现：肩袖病变13例、盂唇病变4例、肩袖病变合并肱二头肌长头肌腱病变2例、肱二头肌长头肌腱病变1例、肩峰下三角肌下滑囊脂肪消失和滑囊炎或滑囊积液5例、肩胛骨肿瘤1例。21例中同时伴不同程度肩关节退行性变及骨创伤4例。5例经开放性手术或关节镜证实，其余16例行保守治疗后临床随访。

Estrogen deficiency can increase the mRNA expression of MMP-1、MMP-3 and IL-1β in OA synovia tissue. Estrogen could inhibit the mRNA expression of MMP-1、 MMP-3 and IL-1β in OA synovia tissue. Progestin could even decrease this expression. Estrogen could slightly increase the mRNA expression of TIMP-1. It is suggested that low dose of estrogen supplement play a protective effect on OA cartilage, and progestin could increase this protective effect.

Conclusion］The pristine cases could receive significant curative effects through open reduction and internal fixation, the late cases could also receive significant curative effects through instep re-establishment and tarsometatarsal joints Fusion.

结论］早期陈旧性跖跗关节骨折脱位可行切开复位内固定术，疗效满意，而晚期的陈旧性跖跗关节骨折脱位，行足弓重建跖跗关节原位融合术，也可取得较好的治疗效果。
