Both hip arthroplasty and AO compressive cannular are reasonable choices for treatment of displaced femoral neck fracture in the elderly, but the results of group A is than the group B. The rate of postoperative complication of group A is lower than the group B. So hip arthroplasty is a better way between two methods for the elderly with poor conditions.

人工关节置换术和AO加压空心螺钉均是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的有效方法，但人工关节置换术可提高老年人的生活质量，减低术后并发症的发生率，所以人工关节置换的效果优于AO加压空心螺钉。

目的 比较人工关节置换术与ao加压空心螺钉术治疗老年人有移位股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法将1995年5月～2004年11月我院收治的78例年龄在65周岁以上的有移位的新鲜股骨颈骨折患者进行回顾性研究，将病例分为a、b两组，a组为人工关节置换组，b组为ao加压空心螺钉治疗组。ao加压空心螺钉治疗组随访12～91个月，平均41.7个月，随访人工关节置换组12～96个月，平均40.3个月。

Conclusion］1.The main purpose for the application of the arthroscopic in UKA is to deal with other disease inside the knee rather than to confirm the indication of the operation.2.Arthroscopy is an effective way for the patients combined lateral menisci injury and other compartmental mild osteoarthritis.

结论］(1)关节镜在膝关节单间室置换中应用的主要目的在于处理关节内的其他病变而非确定手术适应证；(2)对于合并外侧半月板损伤和其他间室轻度骨性关节炎的患者，关节镜仍是一种有效的辅助治疗手段。

The principles of the operative technique are to (1) restore coronoid stability throughfracture fixation (type-II or III fractures7) or through anterior capsular repair (a type-I fracture),(2) restore radial head stability through fracture fixation or replacement with a metal prosthesis,(3) restore lateral stability through repair of the lateral collateral ligament complex and associated so-called secondary constraints such as the common extensor origin and/or the posterolateral capsule,(4) repair the medial collateral ligament in patients with residual posterior instability, and (5) apply a hinged external fixator when conventional repair does not establish sufficient joint stability to allow early motion.

外科手术的原则是：①通过骨折固定(2型骨折或3型骨折)或者经前方关节囊修复(1型骨折)恢复冠状突的稳定。②通过骨折固定或假体置换恢复桡骨头的稳定性③通过修复侧副韧带以及相关的所谓的次要限制如伸肌群起点和后外侧关节囊。④残余的后侧不稳，修复内侧副韧带⑤当传统的修复方法不能建立有效的关节稳定以便允许早期活动时，可以应用外固定器。

Methods Autogenous costochondral grafts were applied in the reconstruction of the temporomandibular joint in 27 cases with condyle ankylosis from 1988～1998.The follow up period was 1～10 years.The pre-and post-operative degree of mouth opening and the TMJ function was examined.

方法］ 取48只6个月龄日本大耳白兔，雌雄不限，体重为（2.5±0.2） kg，随机进行分组，分为对照组和实验组，对照组为21只；实验组为27只；先将实验组兔腰背部皮毛剪除，用安定注射液1.25 mg/kg、氯胺酮0.02 g/kg、阿托品0.125 mg/kg顺次耳缘静脉注射麻醉后，俯卧固定于手术台上，用1%碘伏消毒手术区域，以髂嵴平对椎间隙（即L6、7）为中心，从正中取一长约4 cm纵行切口，切开皮肤及皮下组织，锐性分离，暴露棘突、椎板及上下关节突，将附着于棘突、椎板及小关节的肌肉全部分离开，然后依次切除L6、7棘上及棘间韧带，咬除第6腰椎两侧下关节突，造成椎间失稳，用无菌生理盐水冲洗切口，依次缝合各层组织；术后动物在笼中自由活动。
