Methods 126 cases with deep burn wounds of extremity joints were divided into two groups. 63 cases in treatment group were treated with cogranfts of allogenic acellular demal matrix and autogenetic split-thickness skin to cover the wound.

2002～2006年我科收治关节部位深度烧伤患者126例，随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各63例，治疗组采用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮基质与自体刃厚皮复合移植一次修复关节部位72个；对照组74个关节部位采用自体断层皮移植。

There was apparent interspace between repaired tissue and surrounding normal tissues. The results indicated that: 1 Although autogenic cartilage obtained from patella in knee joint is limited, chondrocytes cultured in vitro could be regulated by some growth factors, therefore sufficieng and well-phenotype chondrocytes could be harvested to construct tissue engineering implants for transplantation. 2 It showed well therapeutic efficacy with the method of repair in our research.

实验结果表明：①自体膝关节髌骨来源的软骨虽有限，但在体外单层培养时应用生长因子对其进行调控，能为自体关节软骨缺损的移植治疗提供数量充足的、表型良好的软骨细胞以用于构建组织工程移植物；②本实验中所应用的修复方法治疗效果良好，能较有效地克服和解决目前在临床上所用的自体关节软骨细胞移植修复关节软骨缺损时所存在的软骨细胞容易丢失等问题。

Result is cured: Shoulder brachialgia disappears completely , that the function restores the articulatio humeri activity and upper limb is regular; Display an effect: Shoulder brachialgia is not obvious , the articulatio humeri function restores % 80-90 , light manual labour is not affected upper limb; Effective: The shoulder arm has a secret anguish occasionally, but does not affect sleep, the articulatio humeri function restores 50-70 %, but the job accepts a limit, life has being sure to be difficult; Invalidate: The nothing curing the front and back symptom and the function is changed obviously.

结果 治愈：肩臂痛完全消失，肩关节活动及上肢功能恢复正常；显效：肩臂痛不明显，肩关节功能恢复80－90％，上肢轻体力劳动不受影响；有效：肩臂时有隐痛，但不影响睡眠，肩关节功能恢复50－70％，工作与生活有一定困难；无效：治疗前后症状和功能无明显改变。

There were 12 cases of postoperative complication in group B(42.9%).Conclusion Both hip arthroplasty and AO compressive cannular are reasonable choices for treatment of displaced femoral neck fracture in the elderly, but the results of group A is better than the group B. The rate of postoperative complication of group A is lower than the group B.
