Cases with bone graft fusion were Resected lateral part of lesion vertebral lamina and process;2 cases were treated with contralateral interanticular process and vertebral lamina bone graft fusion; 2 cases with intravertebral fusion were treated by laminectomy and arthrectomy of one side by posterior route and USS implantating; Others cases were routine internal fixation.

行植骨融合术2 例，切除患侧椎板外半和椎间相应关节突；行对侧椎板关节突间植骨融合2例，行后路半椎板和一侧小关节切除USS 植入，椎间融合2例，余采用常规手术内固定。

Refer to the domestic and foreign literature material, to establish traumatic joint stiffness model with New Zealand big white rabbit;caused the right knee joints of the big white rabbits closed trauma with the appropriate mothod,then fixed the behind-right knee joints 4 weeks with the gypsum and the bandage;after 4 weeks, removed fixture,examined the animal blood rheology,the joint range,the skin temperature, the arthrocele extent and so on ,to authenticate whether modeling succeeded or not.

参考国内外文献资料，用新西兰大白兔建立创伤性关节僵直模型；用适当的方法造成大白兔右后膝关节闭合性损伤，用石膏绷带、绷带固定4周，4周后拆除固定。期间观察皮肤温度、关节肿胀度、关节活动度，检测动物血液流变学等指标，以验证模型建立是否成功。

PLT, PCT were positively correlated with CD62P, IgG, ESR, CRP, RF, arthrpain, arthrocele. And PLT was positively correlated with arthrtenderness, morning stiffness time.

PLT、PCT与CD62P、免疫球蛋白G、血沉、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子、关节疼痛、关节肿胀呈正相关关系，PLT还与关节压痛和晨僵时间呈正相关关系。

If the condylar fracture is treated inappropriate, it may cause some complications, eg: limitation of mouth opening, pain in TMJs, occlusion disorder, arthrocleisis and so on. The fractural condylar can't rebuild well without treatment. For any kind of condylar fracture, treatment should strive for anatomic replacement and avoid removing the fractural residual.

研究结论：髁状突骨折如治疗不当，容易出现一些后遗症或并发症，如张口受限、关节区疼痛、咬合错乱以及关节强直等；成人髁状突骨折如不作处理，并不能自行改建形成新的功能完好的关节；所有类型的髁状突骨折，治疗时都应争取达到解剖复位，不应轻易摘除骨折残端。

Materials and Methods: 197 cases who received double-layer display arthrography in our hospital from 1994 to 1996 were analysed.

总结1994～1996年间在我院颞下颌关节门诊诊治的颞下颌关节前移位的197例进行双层显示的颞下颌关节造影。

Results3 months after treatment, main symptoms of RA ,which were rest pain, morning stiffness, arthroncus and joint tenderness were relieved significantly P.01）,the deformation of joint was getting better partially.

结果经过3个月治疗后，RA主要症状休息痛、晨僵、关节肿胀和关节压痛有明显改善（P.05），关节畸形部分改善。

结果所有耳颞神经干均有部分与关节囊或髁状颈部骨质直接接触，最长有14.6mm，最短为5.6mm；在关节囊内侧分支最多，平均为3.5支，而在关节囊前壁没有分支。

Methods 126 cases with deep burn wounds of extremity joints were divided into two groups. 63 cases in treatment group were treated with cogranfts of allogenic acellular demal matrix and autogenetic split-thickness skin to cover the wound. 63 cases in control group were treated with thickness skin.
