The abstract result contains several concrete results in the literature and can also be used to deal with some new cases for resonant differential equations.In the introduction, we briefly introduce the development process of the variational methods. In Chapter 2, we list some basic knowledges refering to the variational methods, including the Sobobev space,—△ operator, the weak solution and the minimizing sequence methods and some minimax theorems. In Chapter 3, we introduce the research process of Hamiltonian system of second order and the semilinear elliptic problems, using the methods introduced previously. In Chapter 4, we prove the main theorem of the thesis, and apply it to the problems in the previous Chapter, and can also be applied to some new resonant cases.

In the biochemical analysis aspect, it is first time to use the simple fluorescence spectrophotometer to determine the protein in human serum by red alizarin as the probe of the RLS. The experiment shows that the system HSA-red alizarin has the maximum intensity of the RLS in Britton-Robison buffer of pH4.10 at maximum wavelength of about 360nm. The method has better linear range within 0.040-10.0ug/mL, determination limit is 0.040ug/mL. Moreover, We have selected three other dyes of chromotrope 2R, acid chrome dark blue and pyrocatechin violet as the probes of the RLS in determining protein in human serum and achieving satisfactory results.

The results are verified from deep to extremely shallow water conditions. The shoaling waves, standing waves, 3D disturbance waves, tidal waves and solitude waves are simulated and verified,and waves over an underwater bar,the diffraction near single breakwater, breakwater gap, offshore breakwater, Breakhoff experiment are taken into account in this model. Furthermore, the wave harbor resonance under special topography, and "Bragg" resonance are simulated. The wave refraction problem under current fields,the nonlinear wave refraction-diffraction under "Arthur" current field, and the wave propagation under slowly varying current field are studied. The favorable calibrations show the model's feasibility in dealing with the wave nonlinearity and simulation in both deep and shallow water.

The analytical expresses of scattering field are obtained based on the boundary condition of a sheath helix model. The effects of the pitch angle and the electrical size of the helix on the resonant behavior are also investigated. It is shown that the resonant behavior of the forward/back scattering far field only depends on the pitch electrical size and the radial electrical size, and that the turn of the helix has no effect on the resonant behavior.

Nonlinear partial differential dynamic equations of bending vibration of a tilting stepped drive shaft with two supports were built under non-inertia movement coordinate system by theorem of the motion of mass center and Heaviside function. According to the condition of equal displacement in an adjoining plane of the shaft, an equivalent shaft and its equation were obtained. A motion equation of the equivalent shaft was obtained by method of Galerkin. An approximate steady-state solution of the main resonance was obtained by method of multiple scales. The influence factors, motion stability, amplitude jump of main resonance of a stepped drive shaft and so on were analyzed.
