The phytoplankton community was mainly composed of Cyanophyceae, Euglenophyceae, Bacillariophyceae, and Chlorophyceae, and the dominant species were Oscillatoria subtillissima, Dactylococcopsis irregularis, Euglena caudata, Melosira granulata, Cyclotella meneghiniana, Chlorella vulgaris, and Scenedesmus quadricauda. The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton species in July were ammonium-nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, water temperature, and total phosphorus, while those in September were pH, water temperature, dissolved oxygen, transparency, and total nitrogen. Water transparency and zooplankton were the main factors affecting the biomass of Cryptophyceae, Pyrrophyceae, and Bacillariophyceae; while nitrogen, phosphorous, and dissolved oxygen were the main factors affecting the biomass of Cyanophyceae, Euglenophyceae, and Chlorophyceae.

结果表明：调查期间共鉴定出浮游植物384种，隶属于8门，浮游植物密度范围为2.01×105～57.60×105 cells·L-1；群落组成以蓝藻、裸藻、硅藻和绿藻为主，主要优势种有细微颤藻、无常蓝纤维藻、尾裸藻、颗粒直链藻、梅尼小环藻、普通小球藻、四尾栅藻等；7月影响浮游植物分布的主要环境因子依次为铵态氮、溶解氧、水温和总磷，而9月的pH值、水温、溶解氧、透明度和总氮含量对浮游植物的分布产生影响较大；其中，透明度和浮游动物量是影响隐藻、甲藻和硅藻藻类生物量的主要环境因子，而蓝藻、裸藻、绿藻主要受水体氮磷营养盐浓度和溶解氧的影响。

In this thesis, rat-tails were used as experiment objects, there are 40 slices including transverse and longitudinal, HE-dyed and undyed. Excited by femtosecond laser, the changes of backward SHG and TPEF versus sample preparation, excitation wavelength, excitation power, penetration depth and so on were observed by two-photon laser scanning confocal microscope, effect factors of backward SHG and TPEF and differences of both were discussed and compared, and related comments were also presented.

以鼠尾组织作为实验对象，共40个切片，分为横向和纵向、HE染色和未染色四组，采用飞秒激光器作为激发光，用双光于激光扫描共焦显微镜(two-photon laser scanning confocal microscope， TPLSCM)观察和分析了样品在不同的制备方式、激发波长、激发功率、扫描深度等条件下的背向SHG和TPEF的变化曲线，讨论和比较了生物组织的背向SHG和TPEF的影响因素以及二者之间的异同，并尝试对实验现象做出了一定的解释。

In this study, we discussed the phylogenetic relationships in the Anura groups with the sequences of the 12 proteins encoded in the H-strand and 22 tRNAs of mtDNA from 21 species from GenBank. They all indicated that Anura were divided into the Archaeobatrachia and the Neobatrachia,these results supported the monophyletic origin of Anura.

结合饰纹姬蛙和金线蛙的mtDNA以及GenBank上公布的共21种无尾目的线粒体基因组，本文基于编码重链12个蛋白质的基因和编码22个tRNA的基因分别构建了MP系统树，分析了21种无尾目动物的亲缘关系，结果都显示将无尾目分为两大群，支持无尾目的单系起源。

G., the anurans Callobatrachus sanyanensis and Mesophryne beipiaoensis, the caudates Jeholotriton paradoxus and Laccotriton subsolanus) from Northeast China, Paleogene lizards (e. G., Brevidensilacerta xichuanensis and Tinosaurus yuanquensis) from North China, and numerous lizards from the Late Cretaceous of Nei Mongol Autonomous Region.

共报道了16种两栖类和22种有鳞类，其中15种两栖类和11种有鳞类为新种，包括我国最古老的四足动物宁夏晚泥盆世的潘氏中国螈，湖北中三叠世的大型全椎两栖类宽头远安鲵，东北晚侏罗世/早白垩世的多种滑体两栖类(如无尾类三燕丽蟾和北票中蟾，有尾类奇异热河螈和东方塘螈)，华北古近纪的蜥蜴类(如淅川短齿蜥和垣曲响蜥)，以及内蒙古晚白垩世的多种蜥蜴类等。

为了探讨有机结合氚内污染对生物机体的影响及其作用机理，本课题应用均相液体闪烁测量技术研究了氚标记胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)经尾静脉注入小鼠机体后，在血液、脑、胸腺、心脏、肺脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、小肠、睾丸、肌肉和股骨共12种组织器官的生物动力学分布规律及其吸收剂量；应用纸片法液体闪烁测量技术研究了~3H-TdR内污染在外周血、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞及骨髓细胞的动态滞留规律，估算了细胞核的吸收剂量；应用共聚焦显微镜观察了~3H-TdR内污染对脾细胞核酸合成及其存活率的作用，应用反转录PCR技术研究了~3H-TdR内污染对脾细胞早期生长反应基因-1(Egr-1)转录表达的影响。
