We choose abortus of three to six months old as research object. In the research, we collected 35 specimen that all came from induction of labor with water bag. We successfully culture OECs from human embryo olfactory bulb by using primary culture.

一、人胚胎嗅神经鞘细胞的体外培养本研究共收集标本35例，均为3—6个月的水囊引产流产儿，采用原一代培养的方法，自人胚胎的嗅球培养出OECS。

其次是M处理，CK最低。3、三种母质种植油菜均表现为：归还处理好于带走处理；4、据试验收产时（2009年3月25日）发现：四纪红土和花岗岩二种母质的NPK处理的油菜除靠近水泥梗边行长有部分油菜外（占小区面积20%），小区中间（占小区面积80%）的油菜生长不正常或死亡，产量极低；三种母质共18个小区，只有花岗岩母质的NPK处理长有禾本科植物马唐草，其余16个小区很少或没有；四纪红土NPK处理油菜病害严重。

The results is two strains of bacteria Pseudomonas alcaligenes (No. 1203) and Cellulomonas (No. 1120) that could endure 60 times of the V water quality standard were selected, that is, 2 strains could grow in 6mg Pb /L and 60mg Cu /L media. Another 2 strains could endure 70 times of the standard were attained, Rhodococcus (No. 1314) and Acinetobacter (No. 1410), which could grow in 7mg Pb /L and 70mg Cu /L media.

共筛选出耐国家水质V类污水重金属Pb和Cu 60倍（Pb 6mg/L，Cu 60mg/L）的菌株共2株，1203号菌（产碱假单胞菌Pseudomonas alcaligenes）和1120号菌（纤维单胞菌Cellulomonas）；耐V类重金属Pb和Cu 70倍（Pb 7mg/L，Cu 70mg/L）的菌株2株，1314号菌（红球菌属Rhodococcus），1410号菌（不动杆菌Acinetobacter）。
