With the development of society and the advocation of citizens independent economic status, traditional economic freedom became a new compound right—economic right.

经济权利是由于社会的发展，公民对其独立经济地位的主张，而由传统经济自由发展而来的新型复合权利。

On the one hand, if the reporters are aggrieved the law can not eliminate the aggression from the aspect of the journalism profession, on the other hand the media aggrieve the peoples rights in gathering and reporting news. Sometimes the media make use of the rights to buck for illegal economic interests and interfere with justice trials. The media should assume the responsibilities when they use the rights.
