3 Notwithstanding the above-mentioned provisions, if the multimodal transport does not, according to the contract, include carriage of goods by sea or by inland waterways, the liability of the MTO shall be limited to an amount not exceeding 8.33 SDR per kilogramme of gross weight of the goods lost or damaged.

6.3尽管有上述规则，如果按照多式联运合同，多式联运不涉及海上或内河运输的，多式联运经营人的赔偿责任以不超过灭失或损坏货物毛重每公斤8.33SDR为限。
