Secondly,under the condition of not considering the concrete values of parameters, the Gell-Mann-Okubo baryon mass relations for decuplet and octet are studied ,which are related tothe mass splittings within decuplet or octet. The higher order perturbational corrections ofSU(3) rotating excited states to GMO relations are presented up to the third order in thestandard SU(3) skyrmion quantum mechanics.
