早期阿拉伯民族主义运动的历史意义：第一，民族主义在阿拉伯世界的兴起开辟了一条有别于传统的民族发展新路；第二，新型国家构建理念使阿拉伯人逐渐走出宗教／帝国范式，融入近代以来世界范围内的民族国家构建洪流；第三，民族主义的崛起唤醒和改造了阿拉伯人尘封已久的民族自我意识，使其适应新时期民族发展的需求；第四，民族主义思想在新的时代背景下重塑了阿拉伯民族；第五，早期特别是&王政时期&的泛阿拉伯主义运动虽然看起来显得那么稚嫩，但却奠定了阿拉伯世界的发展轨迹：在民族目标上，谋求民族独立或自由成为全民族各阶层的首要共识；在民族统一的问题上，独立的民族国家间的全面合作逐渐取代政治上的统一；在泛阿拉伯主义的另一面旗帜——巴勒斯坦问题上，巴勒斯坦战争预示着武力解决方案的失败，承认以色列、通过和平谈判的方式解决这一问题成为唯一的选择。

The research of this paper includes three parts: the first, according to the statistical figures about the cargo transport in recent years, it analyzes cargo transport structure and the changing law and the internal reason of cargo transport. At the same time it analyzes and calculates the change of the arriving ships" structure for a systematic and full understand of the transport demands. The second, it make a scientific forecast of the port"s future cargo capacity making use of the grey forecast system, which provides scientific basis for medium-long term development plan of the ports cargo handling capacity. It also makes some analysis and research for medium-long term development future of Zhangjiagang port in use of physical unit analising technique, looks for the scattered no-order and no-system reason of medium-long term development. On the basis of summarizing their experience, the article adopts physical unit model to make a comprehensive judgement. It has distinctive opinion of value in accord with scientific principles for medium-long term development of Zhangjiagang port.

本文研究的工作主要分三个部分：第一，根据张家港近年来有关货物运输的一些统计数据，对货物运输的结构和规模演变的规律及内在原因作一剖析，同时对到港船舶的结构变化进行预测，以求对运输需求有一个系统全面的了解；第二，应用灰色预测系统对张家港港未来港口货运吞吐量进行科学预测，为张家港港货物装卸能力规划提供科学依据；应用物元分析技术对张家港港口的未来发展前景作出一定程度的分析、研究，找出张家港港口未来发展规划的零散无序、不成系统的因素，总结前人经验的基础上采用综合评判物元模型进行评判，在预测港口未来发展规划是否科学实际上具有独到见解。

本文从理论和应用两个部分对港口发展战略进行了研究，研究的工作主要分三个部分：第一，应用SWOT法对港口发展环境进行技术分析；第二，在对国内外同类型港口进行分析的基础上，对张家港港的发展做一比较；根据张家港近年来有关货物运输的一些统计数据，对货物运输的结构和规模演变的规律及内在原因作一剖析，同时对到港船舶的结构变化进行预测，以求对运输需求有一个系统全面的了解；第三，应用灰色预测系统及三次指数平滑法和组合预测法对张家港港未来港口货运吞吐量进行科学预测，为张家港港货物装卸能力规划提供科学依据。

The article definitions the severals and numerical resources industries to turn the related concept first, introduce the present condition of the local and numerical resources construction, and carried on the introduction and simple analysis to the development of the local and numerical resources business enterprise.

文章首先界定了几个与数字资源产业化相关的概念，介绍了国内数字资源建设的现状，并对国内数字资源企业的发展进行了介绍和简单的分析。接下来对国内数字资源企业的产生背景做了全面的分析，并对它们的发展现状做了比较。然后对目前国内数字资源产业的发展环境做了分析。

At last, the three level development strategies of commercial bank's enterprise pension business were proposed by using strategic management theory. These three level strategies are the corporate level strategies, the business level strategies and the operational level strategies. On the corporate level strategies, financial holding group model could be used to provide comprehensive enterprise pension service. On the business level strategies, the competitive strategies of differentiation and focus and the cooperative strategies used in the development of mixed management could be applied. On the operational level strategies, seven marketing development methods were proposed. They are fulfilling the construction of enterprise pension marketing channel, strengthening overall marketing and linkage marketing; differentiating customers and markets using multi-level marketing skill; strengthening advertisement of enterprise pension knowledge, developing potential customers of enterprise pension and etc.

最后，文章运用战略管理的理论方法全面提出了商业银行企业年金业务的三个层次发展战略：在公司层战略上，提出以金融控股集团模式提供企业年金综合服务；在业务层战略上，提出了以差异化和集中化为主的竞争战略和贯穿于混业经营发展过程中的合作战略；在经营层战略上提出了完善企业年金的营销渠道建设，加强整体营销、联动营销；细分客户、细分市场，采取多层次营销策略；加强企业年金知识的宣传普及，挖掘企业年金潜在客户等七大发展策略。

Secondly, analyze the environment and the situation of "JX PEMS", pointed out the current main issue, analyzed the development opportunity and the threat which "JX PEMS" faces, had pointed out the support of national related policy, huge demand from the Chinese express service market and so on, has provided the development space for the postal express mail service. At the same time, pointed out the high request to the express service corporation, the new threat from the express service market comprehensive opening; analyzed the advantage and weakness of "JX PEMS ",pointed out the postal service brand and the network are "the magic weapon" of "JX PEMS". But the unreasonable system, the rockbound mechanism, the outdated management and technical causes it to be unable to meet the express service market demand well.
