Our study designed two pairs of specific primers and cloned two molecular weight of 63ku from Schizaphis graminum, and Rhopalosiphum maize utilizing PCR technique and have done the prokaryotic expression, the main results are as follows:(1)Amplified the Buchnera groEL of Schizaphis graminum, and Rhopalosiphum maize Yangling Biotype at first time all over the world ,and sequenced the full lenghth gene.

本研究设计了特异性引物，利用PCR技术从玉米蚜和麦二叉蚜中克隆出蚜虫Buchnera groEL基因并进行原核表达研究，主要结果如下：(1)从杨凌生物型玉米蚜和麦二叉蚜中在国内外首先扩增出Buchnera groEL基因，测定了全长基因序列，并对相关的同源基因核苷酸进行了比较。

Cloned one virus binding protein from Rhopalosiphum maize Yangling biotype through PCR technique, using designed specific primers based on this protein partially sequence. In nucleotide and amino acid sequenece levels, this protein was identified as GroEL protem of endosymbiotic bacterium (Buchnera sp.) of aphid.

以玉米蚜杨凌生物型为材料，设计特异性引物采用PCR的方法在国内首先克隆了一种玉米蚜体内参与传毒的共生菌groEL基因，序列测定结果表明：玉米蚜杨凌生物型共生菌groEL基因全长为1647bp。

测序结果显示克隆的IFN-γ基因全长501个核苷酸，编码166个氨基酸，该基因与GenBank发表的山羊干扰素-γ基因序列(U34232)比较，核苷酸／氨基酸序列同源性为99.4％。

AY506804 gene from apsella bursa-pastoris by rapid amplification of cDNA ends . The full-length cDNA of Capsella bursa-pastoris ICE1 gene (Cbice53) including complete 5'-UTR and 3'-UTR was 1811bp long, containing a 1476bp open reading frame which encodes a 492 amino acids protein.

本研究在荠菜还得到了一个新的ICE1基因（基因bank登录号：AY506804），该基因（Cbice53）全长cDNA为1811bp，含有一个1476bp的开放阅读框，预测编码一个492个氨基酸的蛋白。

A new CBF (Genbank accession no.: AY391121) gene was cloned from Gapsella bursa-pastoris by rapid amplification of cDNA ends . The full-length cDNA of Capsella bursa-pastoris CBF gene was 1034bp long and contained a 657bp open reading frame encoding a putative DRE/CRT -binding protein of 219 amino acids.

本文克隆得到了荠菜Cbcor15b转录激活因子Cbcbf（基因bank登录号：AY391121）全长cDNA为1034bp，含有一个657bp的开放阅读框，预测编码一个219个氨基酸的DRE/CRT的结合蛋白质。

Methods The Wistar rats were used as the experimental animal. On the back of each rat, a skin flap, measuring 1.5 cm×6 cm, caudally based, was elevated. Wound edges and the flap bed were separated from the flap itself by a silicone sheet. The VitC, bFGF, Magnesium sulfate and Papaverine were taken in the areas between flap and sheet. With 8 rats in each group, the drug-taken group was as trial group, while the physiological saline group was as control group. On the seventh day after the flap elevation, flap survival length was measured.
