全子宫切除术

Methods:The results of vaginal hysterectomy in 30 patients and ventral hysterectomy in 40 patients were compared and analyzed.

经阴式全子宫切除术30例，经腹式全子宫切除术40例，对比分析术中术后情况。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of vaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus and ventral hysterectomy.

Methods Eighty cases with non-procident metra without malignant pathologic change were randomly divided into two group: the experimental group(n=40, treated with transvaginal total hysterectomy) and control group (n=40, treated with traditional abdominal incision total hysterectomy).

观察组施行经阴道全子宫切除术，对照组施行传统腹式子宫全切除术。结果观察组的手术时间短，术中出血量少，术后疼痛轻，术后最高体温降低，肛门排气时间早，住院时间短，与对照组比较，差异有显著性(P.05)。

Methods 57 cases of cesarean patient from January 1997 to January 2003 were divided into 3 groups and compared with 30 panhysterectomy without history of cesarean.

选择 1 997- 0 1～ 2 0 0 3- 0 1剖宫产术后行子宫切除术患者共 5 7例，分为 3组与同期无剖宫产手术史行全子宫切除术患者 30例进行比较。

Results: The total effective rate was 87.50%(28/32). After infusion embolotherapy, 12 cases underwent panhysterectomy and 15 cases radiotherapy. In 15 cases with radiotherapy, 7 cases then received panhysterectomy, 2 cases systemic chemotherapy, 1 case palliative therapy. 2 cases gave up therapy for various reasons. 21 cases with hemorrhage were hemostasis and 9 cases with inferior belly and lower limbs pain had all relieved after infusion embolotherapy.

结果：总有效率87.50%(28/32)，灌注栓塞后12例行广泛性全子宫切除术，15例行放射治疗，2例作全身化疗，1例作姑息性治疗，2例因各种原因放弃继续治疗，其中放疗后7例再行广泛性全子宫切除术。21例伴出血患者灌注栓塞后全部停止出血，9例伴下腹及下肢疼痛症状全部缓解。
