To acquire more information about gene expression at the whole-genome scale,our lab and National Engineering Center for Beijing Biochip Technology worked together and constructed the first genome-wide oligonucleotide microarray of the silkworm.This microarray was used to detect gene expression of 10 tissues/organs,including midgut,integument,head,hemocyte,testis,ovary,anterior/median silk gland,posterior silk gland,fat body and malpighian tubule.In this study,we performed analysis of these microarray data and confirmed the reliability of the results.

Results The materials factors of complete dentures such as titanium and alloy meatal and so on do affect their denture satisfaction within one month.

结果 全口义齿满意度与不同材质之间在早期(1个月)关系较为明显，3个月后满意度间差别不大。患者有活动义齿戴用史者早期更易适应全口义齿，且不同材质的影响不明显。

Methods Eighty cases with non-procident metra without malignant pathologic change were randomly divided into two group: the experimental group(n=40, treated with transvaginal total hysterectomy) and control group (n=40, treated with traditional abdominal incision total hysterectomy).
