The relationship between acoustic wave direction,laser incident angle,and laser diffraction angle of TeO2 acousto-optical deflector with acoustic frequency was analyzed based on the TeO2 crystal acousto-optical characteristic and Dixon equations under abnormal Bragg diffraction.

根据晶体的声光特性以及反常布喇格衍射的Dixon方程，得出了氧化碲声光偏转器在反常布拉格衍射条件下的参量矢量关系。分析了超声波方向、入射光角度、衍射光角度与声波频率之间的关系。

The results are in good agreement with the experimental results.(2) According to the obtained relation between electromagnetic wave and incident stress wave and the resolution of the transmitted coefficients in the joint,the strength variation of the EME before and after the joint when the normal incident stress wave propagates to the linear deformative joint has been presented.

结果表明：射流正向倾斜入射时，射流起始段增加，在垂直方向对主流场的影响区域减小，射流喷口上游位置处的&孔吸流动&更为明显，射流出口下游背风侧的分离现象逐渐减弱；射流反向倾斜入射，对上游流场的扰动增加，射流在弯曲段内曲率变化大。

First, the background spectrum is subtracted from experimental one; Second, by the spectrum stripping, the counts came from partial energy deposition of incidence photon in HPGe crystal, such as Compton scatting or pair production; the next, transform the experimental spectrum to the incidence photon flux spectrum.
