Results Complications of deep white candidiasis infection inside the hospital mostly took place among patients suffering from chronic respiratory diseases, malignant tumors and nosohemia,accounting for 59.09%.Infection was in direct proportion with the length of hospitalization.The chief factor leading to infection was the long-term use in large doses of wide-spectrum antibiotics,especially the use of the third-period cephalosporins,which are wide in spectrum and strong in killing bacteria.White candidiasis infection results from the composite action of multiple dangerous factors. Ofthose infected,40.91%used hormone and 11.36% used immunosuppressive agents as well as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The application of trauma examination and curing also created conditions for the occurrence of infection.

结果 发生医院内部白色念珠菌感染多系慢性呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和血液病患者，占59.09%；感染与住院时间成正比；广谱抗生素大剂量、长时间应用，特别是选择广谱、杀菌力强的第三代头狍菌素类是致感染的主要因素；白色念珠菌感染是多种危险因素综合作用的结果，感染者使用激素的占40.91%，使用免疫抑制剂及放疗化疗的占11.36%，实施插入性操作及各种介入性治疗为感染创造了条件。

Methods Male Sprague Dawley rats were induced by ligating the anterior descending coronary artery and were divided into the 2nd, 4th, 8th, 12th and 21st week groups. The experimental group corneas were preserved by organ culture for 4 weeks, the corneal thickness was measured with ultrasonic corneal pachymeter. The corneal endothelial cell density of 12 half-chip were counted through Alizarin Red-Trypan blue staining; 12 half-clip corneas were fixed with 4% neutral formalin solution, HE staining was performed, the expression of AQP-1 in corneal stroma and corneal endothelial cell were detected through immunohistochemical staining; Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities in 12 half-clip corneas were examined with Na~+-K~+-ATPase kit; the expression of AQP-1 mRNA were detected through real-time fluorescent quantitation PCR.

实验组经器官培养保存4周后以角膜测厚仪测量角膜厚度，然后每个角膜被分成两半，共48个半片角膜，再分成4组，每组12个半片。12个半片用茜素红-台盼蓝染色染色行角膜内皮细胞计数；12个半片角膜用4%中性福尔马林溶液固定行HE染色、应用免疫组化染色检测AQP-1在角膜基质和内皮细胞表达的改变；12个半片角膜用Na~+-K~+-ATP酶试剂盒测量角膜内皮细胞Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性；12个半片角膜用实时荧光定量PCR检测AQP-1mRNA表达改变。

The general situations of the eye were observed and the corneal thickness were measured with ultrasonic corneal pachymeter after the animal models was established. 术后观察眼球大体情况、测量角膜厚度。1周后处死实验动物取角膜，用茜素红-台盼蓝染色染色行角膜内皮细胞计数；用4%中性福尔马林溶液固定行HE染色、应用免疫组化染色检测AQP-1在角膜基质和内皮细胞表达的改变；用Na~+-K~+-ATP酶试剂盒测量角膜内皮细胞Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性；实时荧光定量PCR检测AQP-1mRNA在角膜内皮细胞表达的改变；并于正常对照组角膜比较。

Peribulbar injection of dexamethasone 0.5mg was applied in the experimental group every other day 48 hours after operation to the end of the experiment, and the growth state of conjunctiva in both groups were observed. 2 HA implants from experimental group and control group respectively were extracted for testing the positive expression of VEGF by immunohistochemistry 3,7,14,21,28 days after operation.
