免疫素

College of Animal Science and Technology, China Agricultural University, Beijing 100094, ChinaProlactin,Growth Hormone, and Thyroid-stimulating Hormone-β, secreting by chicken anterior pituitary, are essential hormones affecting chicken laying ability, growth rate, and immunity via regulating chicken broodiness, development, and immune response.

催乳素（Prolactin，PRL）、生长激素（Growth Hormone，GH）、促甲状腺素β（Thyroid-stimulating Hormone-β，TSHβ）是家禽垂体前叶分泌的具有重要生理功能的激素，这些激素通过调控家禽就巢性的发生与维持、生长发育、免疫应答等过程来影响家禽的产蛋性能、生长性能以及免疫力。

The research on placenta through modern science show that its important ingredient is immuneglobulin and sneeiyne, which is the anti-aging gene, enzyme, which has high appliance value, and interferon, which protein can reach more than 80%, amino has rich resources、full ranges、and reasonable ration, which fat is less than 10%, and also has rich lecithin, cephalin, lipopolysaccharide, a variety of vitamins and trace elements,in addition, it has transfer factor, protein active factor, collagen element, organic phosphorus compound, amniotic acid and nucleic acid compound and so on.

采用现代科学对羊胎素进行分解，发现其重要成份是免疫球蛋白和延缓衰老基因sneeiyne具有很高应用价值的酶和干扰素，其中蛋白质的含量在80%以上，氨基酸含量丰富，种类齐全，配比合理，脂肪含量小于10%，还含有丰富的卵磷脂，脑磷脂，脂多糖，多种维生素和微量元素，此外，还有转移因子，蛋白质活性因子，胶原蛋白素，有机磷复合物，羊膜酸和核酸化合物等。

Methods Forty children with critical viral encephalitis were randomly divided into 2 groups:regular therapy group and high-oxygen liquid group (regular therapy plus high-oxygen liquid).The clinical symptoms and encephalogram were observed before and after therapy.The contents of endothelin and calcitonin gene related peptide in the cerebrospinal fluid were detected by radioimmunoassay.

方法以2004年1～12月武汉市儿童医院收治的40例病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象，随机分为常规治疗组和高氧液治疗组，治疗前后观察临床症状及脑影像学改善情况，并采用放射免疫法监测脑脊液内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽质量浓度变化。

Ulex Europeus was used as a probe to study the expression of α L Fucose in mouse uterus during early pregnancy,pseudopregnancy and estrous cycle.

应用免疫荧光技术以生物素化的荆豆素-为探针，检测其结合位点α-L-岩藻糖在小鼠妊娠 1～ 8d、假孕 1～ 6 d及发情周期子宫中的表达情况，并以摘除卵巢的小鼠为模型观察雌激素、孕酮对小鼠子宫α-L-岩藻糖表达的影响。

The results showed that the sera samples got from the pigs immunized with Hog cholera haplized virus using bursin as adjuvant have higher antibody titers than those without using adjuvant according to the criterion established here, which is conform to the previous study. This study lay on foundation for standarding the I-ELISA assay established here.

以此方法建立的间接ELISA方法对收集的约120头份血清样品进行检测，结果显示：使用囊素与疫苗共同免疫猪的血清抗体水平明显高于未加囊素组猪的血清抗体水平，与以往的报道一致，为以CSFV重组蛋白作为抗原建立的间接ELISA方法的标准化奠定基础。

Results (1)LVMI gradually increased from 5d to 30d in OG (P＜0.01);(2)Counts of intracardiac bFGF immune reaction and bFGF mRNA expression were increased at 5d, were essentially normalized at 30d;(3) Intracardial ACE activity, angiotensin II concentration, ACE protein and ACE mRNA expression were progressively risen from 0.5 h or 4 h to 30 d;(4)LVMI was positively correlated with the level of ACE protein and ACE mRNA expression following 5d.

2OG中心肌bFGF免疫反应特异性染色强度增加，半定量显示5天升高(P＜0.05)，30天基本恢复正常(P＞0.05)；bFGF mRNA表达1天升高(P＜0.05)，其后类似bFGF。(3)心肌血管紧张素转换酶活性和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平在术后0.5小时即升高(P＜0.05)，4小时明显增高(P＜0.01)，峰值在30天；心肌ACE蛋白及ACE mRNA表达均在术后4小时明显增高(P＜0.05或＜0.01)，其后逐渐升高，峰值在30天；5天及其后，LVMI与ACE蛋白及ACE mRNA表达数量呈正相关。
