Objective In order to know the essential meaning of immune disorder in Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer patients and to search the agreeable treatment meanwhile, the cluster of differentiation of peripheral lymph cells were detected and analyzed by flow cytometry, and afterwards those patients were treated by immunomodulator.

目的为了更好的理解RAU患者免疫紊乱的实质及寻找有效的治疗方法，我们采用流式细胞技术，对RAU患者发病期和康复期外周血淋巴细胞的表型进行测定、分析，探索流式细胞技术在RAU的诊断及指导临床治疗方面的作用。

RESULTS:The SP and VIP content was evidently reduced in the treatment group compared to the model group; whole blood viscosity of blood rheology index, fibrinogen viscosity and packed cell volume were reduced in the treatment group as compared to the model group, which could evidently inhibit auricular swelling in mice and arthroncus in rats, raise the percentage of pain threshold, phagocytic index and rate of celiac macrophage and effect the spleen, the peripheral immune organ in mice.

结果：治疗组SP、VIP较模型组明显降低；血液流变学指标全血粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、红细胞压积测定，治疗组较模型组降低；能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠关节肿胀；提高小鼠痛阈百分率；提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬率；对外周免疫器官脾脏有明显影响。
