The results showed that the 56kD and 26kD antigens had better immunogenicity and could not react with the sheep positive serum of Mycoplasma pneumonia and negative serum of E. ovis. Of the 64 samples detected, the positive rate was 66.7%(42/64), 22.9% higher than that of direct microscopic examinerion.
