We reviewed all skin lesions in all HIV patients diagnosed in our department between 1990 and 1998 to document the spectrum of skin manifestations, the frequency of each disorder, and their relationship with CD4 counts. A total of 64 HIV patients were studied, including 38 with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome CD4 200 x 10(6 cells/L and 26 who had not developed AIDS. There were 142 episodes of skin conditions representing 25 different skin diseases, including oral candidiasis (15% in non-AIDS vs 71% in AIDS patients), drug eruptions, herpes simplex, seborrheic dermatitis, dermatophytosis, herpes zoster, secondary syphilis, condyloma acuminatum, Kaposi's sarcoma (16% among AIDS patients), hairy leukoplakia, and molluscum contagiosum (13% among AIDS patients), in decreasing order.

我们回顾自 1990 年到 1998 年人类免疫不全病毒感染患者在本院皮肤科的诊断，归纳整理各种皮肤疾病发生的机率及与 CD4 数值间的关系。64 位人类免疫不全病毒感染患者，包括 38 位爱滋病患者（CD4 200 x 10(6) cells／L）及 26 位非爱滋病患者，共有 142 种皮肤症状，分属於 25 种不同种类的皮肤疾病，依发生率的高低，包括口腔的白色念珠菌感染（非爱滋病患者：15%；爱滋病患者：71%）、药物疹、单纯疹、脂漏性皮肤炎、皮癣菌感染、带状疱疹、二期梅毒、尖圭湿疣、卡波西氏肉瘤(爱滋病患者：16%)、毛状黏膜白斑、传染性软疣(爱滋病患者：13%)；并针对较特殊的病例做一介绍，如疣状的单纯疱疹病毒感染、临床表现像尖圭湿疣的传染性软疣感染及与爱滋病相关的色素性红皮症。

通过实验研究，建立了具有肾虚肝郁证侯群的乳腺增生病理模型，利用免疫组化技术、图像分析系统、荧光分光光度法、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、医用体视学、神经内分泌学、阴道细胞学等方面，观察了利乳康口服液对模型动物整体状态、乳腺组织病理形态、血清激素、神经递质以及卵巢功能的影响，结果表明利乳康口服液能明显抑制雌激素引起的乳腺组织增生，降低血清E〓含量，升高P水平，促进下丘脑及乳腺组织中DA的产生，减少5-HT释放，抑制血清PRL分泌，降低乳腺组织对雌、孕激素的敏感性，阻止乳腺组织PCNA的表达，其效应与三苯氧胺相当，明显优于乳增宁对照组；另外，利乳康口服液还能缓解模型动物肾虚肝郁证侯群，增加其体重，调节其整体状况，改善模型动物不规则动情周期，减轻其子宫及卵巢的病变，抑制子宫内膜的过度增长，调节卵巢功能，揭示了中药利乳康口服液对神经内分泌和卵巢功能的整体调控作用，以及对本病发生、发展的预防作用

Objective: Through the study on the expression and their clinical significance of co-stimulatory molecules CD40, PD-L1, B7-H3, CD3 and cytokine IL-6 in the skin lesions of neurodermatitis patients, in combination with the pathological changes in the skin lesions, the immunolopathological mechanism of neurodermatitis were investigated in order to find the new target molecule of immune intervention.

目的： 通过研究共刺激分子CD40，PD-L1，B7-H3及CD3分子、细胞因子IL-6在神经性皮炎皮损组织中的表达，结合皮损组织的病理形态改变，从而探讨神经性皮炎发生的免疫病理机制及其寻找新的免疫干预的靶分子。

Objective:The aim of the experiment is to search for the regulation that the hepatic stem cells abnormally differentiate into cancer cells. In the experiment,the variating regulation of PCNA,c-kit and c-myc in the formation and development of HCC will be interpreted with immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. So,the initial mechanism that hepatic stem cells abnormally differentiate into cancer cells from the levels of cell,protein and gene will be clarified. The last,the inhibition to HCC with ulinastain will be studied,from which,a new way of clinical prevention and treatment for HCC will expect to be explored.

二、目的本实验旨在探讨以卵圆细胞为代表的肝干细胞在HCC发生、发展过程中在肝组织内分布规律，并通过免疫组化、RT-PCR等技术阐明PCNA、c-kit、c-myc在HCC发生、发展过程中的动态演变规律，从细胞、蛋白、基因三个水平初步研究卵圆细胞向癌细胞异常分化的机制，同时观察乌司他丁对HCC发生、发展的抑制作用，为肝癌的临床预防和治疗探索新的途径。
