Materials and 64 dust acarid allergic rhinitis outpatients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 31 patients in the control group were treated with general immunotherapy, 33 patients in the trial group were treated with NHD, the serum level of IL-4, IL-5 was detected by ELISA.

常年性变应性鼻炎患者64例，随机分为常规免疫治疗组31例，标准化尘满变应原疫苗治疗组33例，比较两组患者在接受免疫治疗后的疗效及血清IL-4、IL-5水平。

P1 BMSCs, P3 CCs, and P3 ADAS were implanted into collagen/hyaluronic acid scaffold at different concentrations of 10%, 20%, 50%, 80%, and 100%, and the cells were then three-dimensionally cultured in serum-free culture media. 取P1骨髓间充质干细胞，P3软骨细胞和P3脂肪源性成熟基质细胞种植入不同比例(10%，20%，50%，80%，100%)的胶原/透明质酸支架中，在无血清培养液中三维培养。2周后，用SO染色和免疫组织化学染色分析，观察硫酸软骨素和Ⅱ型胶原合成情况。

在国内外首次用免疫透射电镜对正常人体的胃、十二指肠、横结肠的粘膜上皮和腺上皮的ABH物质进行亚细胞定位研究后发现，ABH物质分布于粘膜上皮及粘液性细胞的Golgi器、粘原颗粒和胃腺主细胞的酶原颗粒中，证实人体组织细胞的ABH物质由自身产生，而不是从血液吸附。

In this report, we analyzed the cellular and noncellular findings of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in 18 cases with IPF, 12 patients with Sar and 9 healthy volunteers as conirols, using immunohistochemicat staining, we also have estimted collagen typeⅠ and type Ⅲ semiquantitatively in transbronchial lung biopsy specimens from 25 patients with IPF and 10 normal lung tissue. The aim of this investigation is to select the criteria for evaluating the disease actiity.

本文对18例IPF、12例Sar和9例正常对照者的支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞成份和非细胞成份进行了检测和分析，同时对10例正常肺和25例IPF患者经支气管肺活检的肺组织标本，应用免疫组化方法、半定量剂检测其中Ⅰ型胶原和Ⅲ型胶原的含量结合临床治疗效果，对有助于疾病活动性判断的指标进行了筛选和进一步的评价。

Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the serum concentrations of pepsinogen Ⅰand Ⅱin patients with erosive gastritis, atrophic gastritis, bile reflex gastritis and gastric cancer.

方法应用酶联免疫吸附测定法测定糜烂性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、胆汁反流性胃炎和胃癌患者血清胃蛋白酶原亚群的含量及PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值的变化，并与正常对照比较。

Compared with the 44 patients on sirolimus therapy with no evidence of a disorder, the 4 patients (8.3%) who developed suspected sirolimus-associated interstitial pneumonitis showed no difference in gender, immunosuppressive therapy, days posttransplantation, comorbidity, or preexistent lung disease.

Results:(1)NSCs form typical neurospheres under adequate concentration in vitro, which are immunoreactive to Vimentin. Typically and terminally differentiated mature neural cells could not be found without the stimulus of mitogen or only under NSCs self-regulation and self-induction;(2)NSCs derived from hippocampus maintain the character of stem cells much longer with better biological behavior; NSCs passed to the 2-3 passage are the best to graft since they have not differentiated;(3)NSCs cultured in vitro could self-regulate and differentiate into neurospheres and progenitors positively immunoreactive to specific antibodies representing neurons, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells;(4)There are widespread synaptic contacts between various kinds of descendent clones and cells;(5)Neurospheres could be formed without the stimulus of mitogen when NSCs and OECs are cocultured. Many neurospheres and cells immunoreactive to Vimentin, GFAP, MAP2, 02, p75NGFR, GFAP, S-100, Synaptosis, Vimentin, Tau (Tau is only positive in cocultureof HNSCs+HOECs) could be found;(6)The supernatant fluid triturated from adult rat spinal cord stimulates NSCs to differentiate into neurons, but do not terminally differentiate;(7)Fibroblasts and O4 oligodendrocytes are not supported to grow under this culture medium.Part II: Isolation, culture and identification of rat and human olfactory ensheathing cellsOlfactory ensheathing cells/glials are the most powerful cells to enable the regeneration of axons in the central nervous system.

结果表明：①在适宜的浓度体外培养条件下，NSCs能形成典型的神经干细胞克隆球，Vimentin免疫荧光染色阳性，单靠丝裂原刺激或NSCs自我调节和分化诱导，不会产生典型的终末分化的成熟神经细胞；②海马源性的NSCs维持干细胞特性的时间更长，生物学特性更优；③传至第2～3代的NSCs尚未分化时移植最佳；④体外培养的NSCs能自我调控分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞、O2少突胶质细胞、雪旺氏细胞染色阳性克隆球和前体细胞；⑤各种子代克隆球和细胞存在广泛的突触联系；⑥NSCs与OECs联合培养时，不需丝裂原刺激即能形成克隆球，获得大量Vimentin、GFAP、MAP2、O2、p75NGFR、GFAP、S-100、Synaptosis、Vimentin、Tau(Tau只有人HNSCs+HOECs联合培养时出现阳染)染色阳性的克隆球和细胞；⑦脊髓研磨后的上清液刺激神经干细胞向神经元方向分化，但并不出现终末分化；⑧本研究培养条件不利于成纤维细胞、O4生长。

Corneal grafts perforated in 31 eyes, resulting from recurrent HSK, implant autoproteolysis, bacterial infections, recurrent Mooren ulcer, immunologic rejection, trauma, and fungal recurrence.

本研究中有9只眼发生了反复的角膜穿孔，其原发疾病分别为单疱病毒性角膜炎（HSK，4只眼），蚕食性角膜溃疡（2只眼），坏死性角巩膜炎（1只眼），细菌性角膜炎（1只眼）和碱烧伤（1只眼）。31只眼发生了角膜植片穿孔，分别由单疱病毒性角膜炎复发（8只眼），角膜植片自溶（7只眼），细菌感染（6只眼），蚕食性角膜溃疡复发（4只眼），免疫排斥反应（3只眼），外伤（2只眼）和真菌复发（1只眼）引起。
