Perceptively on 3d and 5d. Collagen is positive in Western blot on 9d. Aniline dyeing is positive on 12d. The control group was negative. Ad-BMP-2 transferred MSCs cultured in fibrin gel was positive in Aniline dyeing, Immunohistochemical. The therapy effect of group was better in histology, biochemistry and biomechanics in all periods than the other two groups, and was similar to the natural cartilage.

结果 ①Ad-BMP-2转基因MSC BMP-2、CollagenⅡ的PT-PCR分别在3、5d呈阳性，CollagenⅡ的Western Blot 9d为阳性，较对照组有显著差异；②转基因MSC经纤维蛋白体外三维培养后免疫组化和苯胺蓝染色呈阳性，电镜显示细胞生长良好，有基质合成；③转基因修复组各时期大体、组织形态学和组织化学成份均显著优于其它两组，12W时力学和组织学已接近正常关节软骨。

The surface antigen expressions of MNC were detected by flow cytometry. MNC were induced with DMEM medium, containing HGF alone, FGF4 alone, HGF+FGF4 or no growth factor, respectively. The markers of hepatic linear cells were examined before induction, and 7, 14, 21 and 28 d after induction by RT-PCR, immunocytochemistry and periodic acid-schiff in every group.

分别用肝细胞生长因子、成纤维细胞生长因子-4(FGF4)、HGF+FGF4、无生长因子4种处理因素进行诱导培养，于诱导前及诱导后的第7、14、21、28天采用RT-PCR检测AFP、白蛋白及C-met、FGFR2 mRNA的表达，免疫细胞化学法检测肝细胞抗原和CK18的表达，PAS 法进行糖原染色。

Methods The expression of Pgp and MT in 121 breast cancer patients was determined by immunohistochemistry.

In order to overcome the shortcomings of acellular dermal matrix used as tissue engineering scaffold material, such as bad permeability, low degradation speed, and strong immunogenicity, a new type of collagen scaffold was prepared by applying various chemical, biological and physical comprehensive methods to deal with pigskin. The microstructure of the scaffold was observed under photomicroscope and scanning electron microscopy, and the in vitro degradation time, permeability, tensile-strength, porosity, shrinkage temperature were tested.

为了克服猪脱细胞真皮基质作为组织工程支架材料渗透性差、降解速度过慢、免疫原性较强等缺点，采用多种化学、生物与物理综合方法处理猪皮制备了一种新型天然胶原支架材料，通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察以及体外降解时间、透水汽性、拉伸强度、孔隙率、收缩温度等的测定，对其性能进行了研究。

RESULTS: The positive staining cells mostly included ependymal cells of myelocoele, glial cells, motor neurons, and epithelial cells of spinal pia mater. The staining was mainly located on the cell membrane. Most importantly, it displayed certain directivity in the glial cells, mainly at the membrane side contacting with capillary endothelial cells.

结果： 免疫组织化学染色结果显示阳性着色细胞包括有胶质细胞、中央管室管膜上皮细胞、脊髓前角运动神经元、软脊膜上皮细胞，着色部位主要在细胞膜，其中在胶质细胞表现出一定的方向性，主要分布在与毛细血管内皮细胞接触的一侧。

Results: the positive cells mostly included ependymal cells of myelocoele, glial cells, anterior horn motor neurons, and epithelial cells of spinal pia mater and their expressions were mainly located on cell membrane. interestingly, aqp4 distribution in glial cells and ependymal cells showed certain directivity, but the former was mainly in the membrane side contacting with capillary endothelial cells and the latter mostly in the basolateral membrane of ependymal cells.

结果： 免疫组织化学染色和原位杂交结果显示胶质细胞、前角运动神经元、中央管室管膜细胞、软脊膜上皮细胞均表达阳性，aqp4主要分布于细胞膜，其中，胶质细胞和中央管室管膜细胞表达存在极性，前者主要分布在与毛细血管内皮细胞接触的一侧，后者主要分布在中央管室管膜细胞的基底侧膜。
