Our results demonstrate: The structures of the organs are normal, and the shapes of cells are clearly visible. There are lots of positive brown granules in Chief cells and Parietal cells in abomasum as well as the mucosa epithelial cells and gland cells of duodenum. Three bands with a molecular mass close to 120KDa、110KD and 98KDa were identified by Western Blot. The Ob-R levels of 120KDa in abomasum were significantly higher than that of in small intestine. The levels of 110KDa were similar in the two organs. The expression of 98KDa Ob-R was weak.

HE染色结果显示，各组织结构正常，细胞形态清晰可见；免疫组织化学SABC染色显示，在皱胃胃体部固有层胃底腺的主细胞和壁细胞及十二指肠黏膜上皮细胞和固有层肠腺的柱状细胞中均可见大小数量不等的棕黄色颗粒；western Blot 实验发现，在胃和小肠均检测到120KDa、110KDa和98KDa三条带。120KDa长型瘦素受体蛋白在胃中表达量显著高于小肠中的表达；110KDa的短型瘦素受体蛋白，在小肠和皱胃中表达量接近。98KDa短型受体蛋白在胃和小肠表达均较弱。

P1 BMSCs, P3 CCs, and P3 ADAS were implanted into collagen/hyaluronic acid scaffold at different concentrations of 10%, 20%, 50%, 80%, and 100%, and the cells were then three-dimensionally cultured in serum-free culture media. Two weeks later, SO staining and immunohistochemical staining were employed to observe the synthesis between of chondroitin sulfate and type II collagen.

The maxillofacial and brain injuries were examined. Craniptomy was done to animals of impact injury 6 hours after damage, however it was done to animals of explosive injury in different time point (1 hour, 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 14 days after damage). The pathological characteristics of corelative tissues were examined in detail under light and electron microscopes. The content of LPO, SOD, NO in soft tissue, brain, blood, and cerebral water content were measured, compared with control. The distribution and tissue location of NOS were studied by histochemistical and immunohistochemistic methods. Their relationship was studied to assess the pathological and physiological characteristics of maxillofacial injuries and brain damage associated.

撞击伤各组动物于伤后6h、爆炸伤各组动物于伤后不同时期（1h、24h、72h、7d、14d）开颅检查颅脑损伤情况，切取伤区肌组织、左侧脑组织、脑干标本行光镜、电镜观察；测定伤后肌组织、脑组织与血中LPO、SOD、NO含量及脑水含量变化；并使用组织化学和免疫组织化学的方法，观察伤后脑组织中NOS的分布和组织定位，研究伤后机体的病理及病理生理学改变特点，以及颅脑损伤与机体自由基反应、NO含量改变之间的关系，证实其病理作用。

METHODS: SGC7901 cells were transfected with siRNAs targeted against the human PLK1 by chemosynthesis. The PLK1 mRNA levels of cells transfected with siRNAs were monitored by real time PCR and the protein levels were detected by immunocytochemistry. Cell proliferation was evaluated by direct cell counting with trypan blue staining.

GFAP overexpessed but NOS neuron decreased, distorted and pale. The glia in SM-DB complex of ONR hypertrophied, but NOS neuron no degeneration. The increased GFAP immunoreactivity and the morphometric and cytological changes in SM-DB complex astrocytes may reflect a sustained upregulation of cellular activity with the insults of neurons, resulting in hypertrophy of glial perikarya and cell processes.

老年减退组星形胶质细胞的细胞体密度较老年正常组和青年组明显增加（P 在GFAP免疫细胞化学和NOS组织化学双重染色的切片上，老年减退大鼠SM-DB星形胶质细胞明显肥大，突起粗壮弯曲，GFAP超量表达，而NOS阳性神经元数量减少，胞体变形，突起减少，染色深度下降。
