In present study, zooblooting, ELISA and whole-mount immunocytochemistry methods were used to identify the FXPRLamide family neuropeptides from the Japanese oak silkworm, Antheraea yamamai.

利用Zooblotting、酶联免疫吸附测定和免疫组织化学等方法，对天蚕的DH、PBAN等FXPRLamide家族神经肽进行鉴定。

Eight kittens were deduced amblyopia by monocular chronic atropinization; four (2 normal and 2 amblyopia) kittens were perused in every three weeks. Changes in number and optical density of immunopositive neurons of the expression of VIP-protin and VIP-mRNA in the visual cortex area 17 were analyzed with immuno-cytochemistry, using the technique of in situ hybridization and SABC.

在用药后3周、6周、9周、11周分别每组中各处死两只猫，分离出视皮质17区行HE染色观察神经元形态、细胞数目以及电镜观察超微结构变化，VIP-mRNA原位杂交和VIP免疫组织化学染色观察免疫阳性细胞数以及阳性细胞平均光密度，并分别用光镜下计数和计算机图形分析软件得出结果。

The chymase levels were ditermined by using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay in 45 cases of chronic hepatitis. Mast cell distribution in the specimens was determined immunohistochemically by using anti-chymase antibody.

In the present study,in order to explore the roles of estrogen and progestin in epilepsy and elucidate their mechanisms of action, we utilized animal seizure models induced by intracerebroventricular coriaria lactone and intraperitoneal bemegride, studied the effects of estrogen and progestin on central nervous system functions in behavior,electrophysiological,cellular,molecular and gene levels by means of neuroelectrophysiology, flow cytometry, high performance liquid chromatography, immunocytochemical and in situ hybridization techniques.

为了探索雌、孕激素在癫痫发病中的作用，阐明其作用机制，本工作分别以马桑内酯侧脑室注射致痫、贝美格（Be腹腔注射致痫大鼠为实验对象，采用神经贫血电生理、流式细胞美白免疫荧光、高效液相色谱、美白免疫细胞化学、原位杂交早泻技术，从整体、行为、细胞、分子以及基因水平研究发现了雌、孕激素对大鼠中枢神经贫血系统功能的影响。

After varied survival periods, the model mice were sacrificed to get the specimens of SN fixed, embedded and coronally sectioned continuously. The microsections were processed by immunohistochemistry to label the DA neurons and Calbindin D28k-containing neurons with the antibodies against tyrosine hydroxylase and CR respectively. The labeled cells were counted under microscope and analyzed statistically.

为了证实穹窿下器在脑内免疫调节系统中的作用，在本研究当中，应用了NADPH-d的组化方法、TUNEL末端标记法、扫描及透射电镜方法、免疫组织化学的荧光双标法及激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术，来研究在腹腔内给予大肠杆菌内毒素后，脑内的一氧化氮合酶细胞的变化、室管膜细胞的凋亡、早期即刻基因c-fos的表达与星形胶质细胞之间的关系，以及穹窿下器与其它脑区相比较时的特异性改变。
