运用疏补活汤治疗30例乳腺增生病患者3个月(1个疗程)后，观察其临床疗效，包括治疗前后患者临床症状的改善以及乳腺近红外线扫描确定乳房肿块大小的变化；在治疗前后于患者黄体期用放射免疫测定法检测血清性激素水平的变化，包括雌二醇（estrogen，E2）、孕激素（progestogen，P）、泌乳素（prolactin，PRL），同时用流式细胞仪检测治疗前后细胞免疫功能（T细胞亚群CD3、CD4）的变化。

小鼠MSCs植入同种异体小鼠皮下8周后仍能存活，MSCs在体内保持低免疫原性的特点，同种异体与同种同基因MSCs在诱导机体免疫应答方面无明显差异。

ConclusionThe first experiment Immunetolerance in mice sciatic nerve allograft by intrathymic injection of allogene : the specific immune tolerance can be induced in the sciatic nerve allograft by intrathymus injection of MHC allogene.
