The immune level tested in different time after injection with ginkgolic acids in sensitization mode showed that the expression of CD3〓 and CD4〓T lymphocytes increased, but CD8〓 was restrained, while the B lymphocytes was also increased. The results suggested that sensitivity was approved and T lymphocytes proliferation was induced, which strength cell immunity responsion, at the same time B lymphocytes was differentiated to IgE antibody-producing cells when contacted with ginkgolic acids as allergen.

大鼠经致敏方式接触银杏酸后，在不同时间的细胞免疫水平与体液免疫水平的研究结果表明，大鼠CD3〓及CD4〓T淋巴细胞的表达增加，而CD8〓T淋巴细胞的表达受到明显抑制，同时参与体液免疫的B淋巴细胞百分率呈增高趋势，提示银杏酸可能作为变应原使机体敏感性增强，诱导T细胞分裂增殖，增强细胞免疫应答，同时促进B细胞增殖分化成IgE抗体产生细胞。

This paper was to observe the revaccination effect of domestic yeast-derived recombinant hepatitis B vaccine to children who were born to HBsAg and HBeAg negative mothers and had been immunized with full course of blood-derived hepatitis B vaccine 4 years ago at their birth.

为了观察用国产重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗，对已经血源乙肝疫苗初免的儿童再免疫的效果，以乙肝表面抗原和乙肝e抗原阴性母亲所生的、出生时全程接种血源乙肝疫苗后已4年的儿童为对象，用5μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗进行再免疫，同时用10μg血源乙肝疫苗再免疫作对照，观察2种疫苗再免疫后1、12、24个月乙肝表面抗体反应。

The treated group was revaccinated with 5μg YRHBV while the control group with 10μg blood-derived HB vaccine, their anti-HBs response was determined 1,12,24 months after revaccination.

结果显示：用5μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗进行再免疫能取得良好的抗－HBs应答，不论再免疫前抗－HBs水平高低，再免疫后能呈现免疫回忆反应。

ELISA showed that antibody responses induced by propolis vaccine were faster than that of oil-emulsion vaccines and aluminum hydroxide vaccines;antibody responses induced by oil-emulsion vaccines were longer in duration than that of propolis vaccines and aluminum hydroxide vaccines;the maximum antibody responses induced by oil-emulsion vaccines and propolis vaccines were higher than that of aluminum hydroxide vaccines;Antibody levels were all significantly boosted by revaccination of these vaccines and in addition to this,oil-emulsion vaccines showed longer antibody duration.

这七种疫苗在抗体产生速度方面以蜂胶苗较快，而油剂苗和铝胶苗免疫后抗体上升速度较慢；在抗体水平的维持能力方面，油剂苗较蜂胶苗和铝胶苗更强；在产生最高抗体水平方面，油剂苗和蜂胶苗能力相当且较铝胶苗为高；在加强免疫的效果方面，这些疫苗二次免疫所产生的抗体水平均较一次免疫更高，蜂胶苗和铝胶苗在第93天时的二免抗体水平已降至同一免相当，但此时油剂苗有着较一免更高的二免抗体水平。
