With the development of Immunology, its theory and technique application in the field of Otology, it is known gradually that inner ear is not immuno- privileged organ, it has the capacity of immuno- response defence and regulation. In certain circum- stances, the tissue of inner ear may become an autoantigen, which stimulates immune response of inner ear, induces inner ear lesions, causes Autoimmune Inner Ear Disease . Investigation into the inner ear immunity has opened up a new way of studing uncertain inner ear diseases.

随着免疫学的发展，免疫学理论和技术在耳科领域日益广泛的应用，使人们逐步认识到，内耳并非免疫"豁免"器官，它具有免疫应答、免疫防御和免疫调节能力；在某些病理情况下，内耳组织可成为自身抗原，激发内耳免疫反应，导致内耳损害，引起自身免疫性内耳病，对内耳免疫学的探讨，已为不明原因的内耳病的研究开辟了新的途径。

In the detecting of humoral immunity, cell immunity and mucosal immunity. The immuneresponse level of advanced immunization group and normal immunization group are all higher thancontrol group. It certify the immune response is specific and generated with swine plague vaccinemotivation.

4在体液免疫、细胞免疫和黏膜免疫检测中，超免组和普免组的免疫应答水平均高于对照组，说明均为猪瘟疫苗所产生的特异性免疫应答，而且三种检测方法的动态规律基本一致。

Experimental mice were exposed to Trypanosome evansi after injection by different doses of antigenic reservoir. The results showed that 20 μg dose produced 83% and 67% protection to 2 sample variations after 4 immunizations. However, 3 immunizing doses could not give good protection. No protective effects were detected when experimental animals immunized by single VSG exposed to isotype from different rabbits.

用不同剂量抗原库免疫小鼠后进行攻虫，结果显示：经四次免疫后，20μg 剂量对随机抽取的两个变异体100 条虫体的保护率分别达到 83%和 67%；改变免疫方法，经三次免疫后的保护效果不理想；用单一 VSG 抗原免疫小鼠，接种来自不同兔体的同型虫体，不能起到相应保护作用。

结果表明，rFPV-H5HA- IL18、rFPV-H5HA-H7HA-IL18免疫组在攻毒后第7d无排毒，其抑制免疫鸡排毒效果优于常规疫苗和单独表达 HA的rFPV-H5HA重组鸡痘病毒。rFPV-H5HA-IL18和rFPV-H5HA-H7HA-IL18免疫组鸡，在14日龄时的体重明显高于rFPV-H5HA免疫组和常规疫苗对照免疫组，表明共表达的鸡IL-18能降低鸡痘病毒载体对雏鸡增重的影响。

objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics（p.05）.conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.

目的：探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法：我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例，设为观察组；同期门诊健康体检儿童120例，设为对照组，观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml，对照组于体检时采血2ml，分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测，并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果：120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组，且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高，且经统计学处理差异均有显著性（p.05）。结论：脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能，从根本上增强了抗病能力。

The experiments may contribute not only to investigating the mechanism of interaction between ldiotype and anti -idiotype T cells by which immune network are up-regulated, but also to analysing the suppressive effect of anti -idiotypic T cell or antibodies against the antigens on the activated T cells in the allo-responsiveness.

本课题选用小鼠耳后心肌移植模型，用同种抗原特异的活化T淋巴细胞免疫同系小鼠的方法，诱导免疫小鼠同种心肌移植物存活时间的延长，以此探讨免疫网络中独特型-抗独特型相互作用机理，着重分析在同种抗原诱导的免疫应答中，抗独特型T细胞和抗活化T淋巴细胞抗原抗体对同种免疫反应的抑制作用。

objective to study the efficacy of the tr/patoc 1 slide agglutination assay for vaccination new pentavalent whole cell vaccine for leptospirosis.methods using tr/patoc 1 slide agglutination assay to detect the searial of serum specimens of 100 healthy people after vaccination for leptospirosis and comparing with the microsopic agglutination test.results both basic immunizaton and 20 days after the enhanced immunization,their positive seroconversion rates were higher than 90% in tr/patoc 1 slide agglutination assay,they were not signficantly different between slide agglutination assay and mat,the antibody titer was greatly lower in 90 days after basic immunization.conclusion the tr/patoc 1 slide agglutionation assay was one of useful assays in evaluation the lately immune efficency of leptospira vaccination.

目的 采用tr/patoc 1玻片凝集试验评价钩端螺旋体疫苗免疫效果及应有价值。方法采用tr/patoc 1玻片凝集试验检测100名健康人钩端螺旋体疫苗免疫后的血清抗体变化，并与显微镜凝集试验比较。结果无论是基础免疫还是加强免疫20？d后，玻凝试验抗体阳性率高达90%以上，与标准的显微镜凝集试验比较差异无统计学意义，玻片凝集试验检测的抗体持续时间较短，90？d后阳性率已大幅度降低，表明sat检测的抗体是早期抗体。结论 tr/patoc 1玻片凝集试验操作简易，可以作为基层卫生机构监测钩端螺旋体疫苗近期免疫效果的方法之一。

IDO inhibits the proliferation of eukaryotic intracellular pathogens or tumor cells by depriving them of tryptophan. IDO has been targeted for neurological disorders: it causes decrease of serotonin level in the brain resulting depression, and it causes the accumulation of neurotoxic quinolinic acid. IDO plays a key role in the suppression of T cell response and antitumor immune, it induces immune tolerance to embryo and explant.

IDO可通过降低微环境中色氨酸的浓度而达到抑制病原微生物增殖的作用； IDO与神经系统疾病也密切相关，它能降低5-羟色胺的水平而导致抑郁，也可造成脑中喹啉酸等具有神经毒性的代谢产物的累积； IDO在抑制T细胞免疫和抗肿瘤免疫、诱导母胎免疫耐受和移植物免疫耐受中均发挥重要的代谢性免疫调节作用。

Necropsies were performed at 21 days post-challenge, the lymph nodes in the nonvaccinated but challenged pigs were larger than those of vaccinated pigs. The PCV2 genomic copy loads in lymph nodes were reduced in vaccinated pigs. Moderate amounts of PCV2 antigen were detected in most lymphoid tissues of nonvaccinated pigs. These data indicated that when given intramuscularly in pigs, the chimeric PCV1-2 live virus and recombinant plasmid induces protective immunity against PCV2 infection and could potentially serve as an effective vaccine.

攻毒后21天攻毒对照组猪淋巴结比免疫组猪显著肿大，免疫组猪血清、淋巴结中PCV2病毒载量低于对照组，攻毒对照组猪淋巴结中PCV2抗原含量高于免疫组，这些结果表明嵌合型猪圆环病毒PCV1-2及真核表达质粒肌肉注射免疫商品猪后，对PCV2感染能产生保护性免疫应答，有可能成为候选疫苗。
