本论文采用光谱方法对激光烧蚀产生的Cu等离子体的基本特征进行了实验研究，主要内容有：空气中激光烧蚀Cu产生等离子体发射光谱的研究利用Q-开关Nd∶YAG激光器产生的1.06μm、10ns的脉冲激光聚焦在空气中的Cu靶上，观测了激光诱导的Cu等离子体发射光谱。

A two-component carbon tetrachloride system and a two-component aqueous system have been treated with the proposed strategy where only 21 calibration samples are needed, and the result showed that the predictive ability was not obviously impaired for the former system while being clearly strengthened for the latter one in comparison with a conventional way that required a calibration set of 100 samples.5 An unlooked-for experimental observation that in near-infrared spectroscopy the second overtone of aniline adsorbed by 13X molecular sieve nearly disappeared led us investigate a fundamental problem: the behavior of NIR when the outside space surrounding a molecule is too small to allow the molecule to vibrate freely.

For meeting the needs of automated real-time dynamic monitoring of heavy fog events by means of a weather satellite remote-sensing technique for specialized meteorological services like military operations and highway traffic, the paper presents a systematic study of spectral characteristics of visible and infra red light, the textures and dynamic dispersals of fogs on satellite imagery in the context of theory on the transmission of atmospheric radiation, thereby revealing their abruptness, waviness and mass-like features, which, in combination with a synthetic technique for cloud/fog maps of multi-channel remote-sensing spectra are used to set up a model for automatic separation of fogs from clouds based on the integrative application of spectral features and texture structures, for which are constructed corresponding discfiminant functions and criteria, and on this basis prepared is a"system for remotely-sensing monitoring of low cloud and heavy fog"which has been used for tests, with the main conclusions shown as follows.

Then the waveband was divided into two parts to develop calibration model using partial least square method for soluble solids content to remove the effect of the skin and the results indicated that the measurement results was not be enhanced. However, the difference of calibration results in the wavelength of 650-950nm with the r of 0.949, the RMSEC of 0.292 for intact watermelon and with the r of 0.973 and the RMSEC of 0.214 for skin-peeled watermelon indicated that the influence of skin is not very serious and the intact watermelon spectra also can get satisfied calibration result. 5. Vis/NIR spectroscopy nondestructive detection needs high-energy light source, so differences of diffuse transmittance spectra with different light intensity (600W, 1000W) were detected and effects of light intensity on spectra and calibration results were compared.
