Applying the derived formula, I calculated and analyzed the evolution of polarization degree and intensity of partially polarized GSM beam both in dispersive and absorbing media and in anomalously dispersive media. The spectrum properties of partially polarized GSM beam in anomalously are also discussed.

In the light of field features in desertification areas, the data quality and band combination of different bands are assessed, the indicators, principles and methods for data assessment and band option are put forward to, and optional band combination for desertification monitoring is determined primarily. The data pre-treatment model for desertification monitoring is developed after studying the pre-treatment algorithm of restoration and rebuilding of hyperspectral resolution data. The spectral features and variation rules of different objects in experimental areas are understood and analyzed. The different classified methods are given and discussed on the basis of characteristics of desertification region. The remote sensing quantitative retrieval model for the appraisable factors of desertification monitoring are founded.

针对荒漠化地区的地物特征，对高光谱数据不同波段的数据质量、波段组合进行定性和定量的评价，提出用于数据评价、波段选择的指标、原则和方法；初步确定一个适用于荒漠化监测的优化波段组合，建立适合于荒漠化监测的数据预处理模式；初步分析、掌握研究区内各类地物的光谱特性及变异规律；针对荒漠化地区特点对多种分类方法进行探讨分析；建立荒漠化监测主要评价因子的定量反演模型。

Chemically, fluoroquinlones are an amphoterics molecule processing major ionizable groups, a basic piperazine amine and acidic carboxyl. The form of drugs was greatly affected by the acidity in aqueous solution. Thus the effect of pH values in aqueous solution on the fluorescent properties of fluoroquinolones was studied in details, the spectral properties of each form was characterized. It was found that the fluoroquinolones exhibit weak fluorescence in strong basic solution.

氟喹诺酮类药物分子结构中既有羧基，又有哌嗪氨基，它们所处环境的pH值对其存在型体有很大影响，因此我们详细研究了水溶液的pH值对该类药物光谱特性的影响，并对于各型体光谱特征进行归属，发现强碱性溶液中其发光较弱。

最后在实验研究中，本文国内首次在活塞裙部油膜厚度中采用了激光荧光诱导的测试方法，主要工作是：分析了激光荧光诱导法的基本原理，建立了测膜厚的基本定量关系模型，通过实验分析了膜厚测试的各种影响因素，通过实验对不同香豆素荧光光谱和激发光谱特性进行了分析，通过实验确定了选取香豆素的种类和溶液浓度的基本原则，自主开发了以光纤为光学光路的测试系统并对系统进行了标定，对内燃机冷拖动状态的活塞裙部进行了实测，并与理论测试结果进行了对比。

The paper analyzes the electrical corona phenomena, its effect to high_voltage transmission system and present detecting technology. It puts forward a double spectrums imaging system based on spectrum characteristic of electrical corona. It is all-weather and independent of environment radialization and temperature effect. It responds fast and can work in move .Two light ways image for a scene respectively: one way is UV image ,the other is visible image. Then we use image registration and infusion synthetically to form a complex image .The theory and methods of image infusion is explained.

论文基于电晕放电的光谱特性，针对现有电晕放电检测手段的优缺点，提出了一种全天候、不受环境辐射和温度影响、响应速度快、可进行航拍的双光谱图像检测方法：两个光路分别对同一场景成像，一路是紫外图像，一路是可见光图像，综合利用图像配准与融合技术，形成合成图像，在合成的图像中保留每个传感器所获取的重要信息，图像里既有紫外光源，也有可见光背景图像。
