In this project the testing cell is constructed by a pair of nitrogen filled glass spherules suspending in a stable magnetic field, the optical path and linear array CCD testing technique is adopted for the signal detection, the rotational damping is realized with the scheme of film coating and etching on the glass spherule. It has good temperature compensation characteristics and measuring precision and is basically free of influence of the background air.

本项目通过在稳定的磁场中悬挂一对充氮玻璃小球构成测量池，采用光路与线阵 CCD 测量技术探测信号，采用在玻璃小球上镀膜刻蚀方案实现转动阻尼，具有良好的温度补偿特性和测量精度，基本不受背景气体影响等优点。
