Chapter 1 reviews recent investigation in Bose-Einstein condensation, and analyzes critical point and condition of phase transition. Chapter 2 introduces the experiment of Mott insulator and superfluid phase transition in dilute atomic gases, theoretic mode and some studying. In chapter 3, we study the influence of dipole-dipole interaction of two component BEC in optical lattice, by Green function technique and mean-field approach. The results show that long range interaction and dipole-dipole interaction can be strongly influence the phase transition of two component.

本文内容分为四章，第一章对BEC近几年的研究回顾，分析了理想情况下凝聚的临界行为和凝聚条件；第二章我们介绍了光格子中绝缘-超流相变和理论模型及其描述；第三章我们利用格林函数和平均场近似的方法，对偶极-偶极相互作用在光格子中两分量BEC原子的超流-绝缘相变的作用进行了分析，结果表明偶极-偶极相互作用和长程相互作用对绝缘-超流相变有很大的影响。

Results show that when the scattering mean free path is close to the wavelength, the optical fields are localized obviously in the random media. And with the particle filling density increasing, the localization becomes stronger.

结果表明：当散射颗粒的散射平均自由程与波长相当时，随机介质中的光场分布呈现局域化的特征，而且随着颗粒填充密度增大，光场的局域化程度增强。

On the approximation that the ink is non-scattering and its refractive index is nearly equal to papers, we propose a spectral reflectance color prediction model for recto-verso halftone images by making use of the theory of the light propagation in paper with long- and short-distance model and net structure of multiple reflection in the recto-verso halftone images.

本试验对在黑龙江省牛、羊体内检出的在光镜下鉴定为土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫结节变种和程氏东毕吸虫的二种虫体进行了体表扫描电镜观察，同时与唐崇惕所作土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫体表扫描电镜结果进行了比较和分析，初步认定程氏东毕吸虫与土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫结节变种为同一种，与土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫可能是同物异名或为其亚种或地域株。
