A heat source overheat protector in medical instrument consists of one radiator which is connected with medical instrumental light source mounting rack, said medical instrument set with light source control main circuit, bimetallic strip temperature control unit set nearing the light source mounting rack and series connected in said main circuit through wire.

一种医用仪器中热源过热保护装置，由一个散热器构成，散热器与医用仪器的光源安装架连接，医用仪器中设置有控制光源的主电路，散热器靠近光源安装架的位置设置有一个双金属片温控器，双金属片温控器通过导线串联在所述的主电路中。

The synchrotron radiation light source used in LIGA technique for deep lithography is becoming more and more important because of its unique qualities-(1) high brightness, usually being 10〓~10〓 times of common X-ray light source;(2) good collimate, the angle of divergence of synchrotron radiation light source could be compared with that of laser light source.

Three LEDs biology light sources with different intensity for cell or tissue culture have been developed in the third part of this thesis. 实际测试数据表明：低强度光源输出的辐射照度范围为0.0021—0.9961(W／m~2)，在直径20mm的照射面积内所测辐射照度的标准偏差为0.02W／m~2(n=40，Mean：0.71 W／m~2)；中等强度光源输出的辐射照度范围为0.3579—11.2286(W／m~2)，在直径30mm照射面积内所测辐射照度的标准偏差为0.02W／m~2n=60，Mean：6.37 W／m~2；较高强度光源输出的辐射照度范围为17—110(W／m~2，在直径40mm照射面积内所测辐射照度的标准偏差为0.02W／m~2(n=80，Mean：71.54 W／m~2)。

This paper reports results of Tin doped fibre pumped by a semiconductor laser diode as an optical source for methane gas detection. The spectral characteristics of the Tm doped fibre pumped by the 788 nm laser diode is studied experimently and the fibre source is used in a correlation spectroscopy measurement system.

报道了以半导体激光器泵浦掺Tm3+光纤为光源的甲烷气体相关光谱检测系统，研究了788 nm波长泵浦下掺Tm光纤光源的一些光谱特性，并在实验上用这种光源及系统对甲烷气体作了测量。

For floodlighting , the luminance and the color of the lighted object depend not only on the power and the color of the illuminant, but also on the color of the lighted object (the spectral reflectance of the surface), so, if we choose the optimum matching illuminant for the lighted object in lighting design, we can get excellence and energy efficiency result.

We also designed the timing circuit board to driver the MOSET and the network control system based on the probably fill mode in the future and the RF system of the storage ring in HLS. The high reverse overshoot exists in the current pulse with the pulse width of 60 ns. Further study is necessary to eliminate the reverse overshoot and to search the proper techniques on modulability of light pulse interval in HLS.

根据未来光源储存环可能的填充模式，以及光源储存环高频系统的特性，设计了MOSET开关驱动控制系统的时钟试验电路，和以太网控制试验电路，即将投入加工。60ns脉宽的脉冲电流，存在较大的反向过冲，需要进一步研究合适的反峰削除技术，以及可用于光源脉冲可调性的合适技术。
