RESULTS摘要: When the ratio of laser power to facular diameter was 2.7 kW/3 mm, the powder feeding speed was 90 r/min and the moving speed of numerical control machine was 5 mm/s, better H (826.61 μm) and W (3504.61 μm) were obtained.

结果摘要：在激光功率和光斑直径之比为2.7 kW/3 mm，送粉器转速为90 r/min和数控机床的运动速度为5 mm/s等参数下，TiZr粉末激光立体成形时具有较好的H和W，分别为826.61 μm和3504.61 μm。

Because the subtraction processes is adopted,the system can get over the noise and outside disturb signals effectively;and pass-zero processing method can get over the effect of optics facular intensity changes.

由于测量装置采用了象限相减的差动信号处理方式，可以有效克服噪声的影响及外部干扰信号的影响；信号处理过程中采用的过零检测处理方法，有助于克服光斑强度的变化对测量结果的影响。

The system could be used for the spectrum range from visible light (0.6328 microns) to mid-far infrared (10.6 microns), the facular size between 0.8-3 cm.
