Objective: To compare the PDT and light photosensitive effect between Phycobiliprotein Chromophore peptides and Photofrin Ⅱ.

目的：比较藻胆蛋白色素肽与癌光啉photofrin Ⅱ的光动力学疗法(photodynamic therapy， PDT)效果与日光光敏作用。

Firstly, micron-size monodisperse polystyrene particles were prepared by emulsifier-free polymerization. Then the photo-initiator with double bond and ester group were attached on the surface of the PS particles by copolymerization using "starve" addition together with styrene. Finally both poly and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) as hybrid hairy homopolymers were grafted on the surface of the PS particles by "grafting from" photo-initiation with sequential addition of AA and NIPA.

首先，通过无皂乳液聚合法合成亚微米级单分散聚苯乙烯微球种子，半连续补加法表面负载光引发剂，运用"从表面接枝"技术及顺序添加相关单体的工艺这三步法，成功制得表面含电解质PAA及温敏性PNIPA的混合型毛发，探讨其制备过程和特性研究，表明PAA链的存在对PNIPA链的温敏性有明显影响。

The interval sowing experiments showed that 291S was a photo-thermo-sensitive male sterile line, which showed part fertile under short-day and low-temperature conditions when autumn sowing, showed high sterile under long-day and high-temperature conditions when spring sowing. The self-multiplication ability and sterility of 291S can be improved through selection effectively. The pistillody of stamens of 291S could be induced under certain photoperiod and temperature condition.

分期播种试验表明，291S是一种光温敏雄性不育系，秋播短日低温条件下表现为部分可育，春播长日高温条件下表现为高度不育，其可繁性和不育性经选择可以得到有效改良。291S在一定的光温条件诱导下会出现雄蕊心皮化现象。
