在论述了RPM技术的原理方法及优点后，采用光固化成型技术，直接由产品的CAD模型驱动，通过激光器在计算机控制下聚焦到光敏树脂上，使其表面层层固化并叠加制成了车灯的实体原型，之后运用硅橡胶复模技术制成了注射模具。
