In this paper the thymus DNA of calf and the pBs plasmid are the main objects of our studies in ultraweak luminescence. By means of PIAS(Photon-counting image acquisition), ultraweak luminescence detector and Lambda Bio 40 of UV/VIS spectrophotometer, we studied the UL of DNA induced by the three oxygen free radicals: singlet oxygen Oa, hydroxy radical and superoxide anion(O2 ). We found that the OH can greatly increase the UL intensity of DNA.

本论文以小牛胸腺DNA和质粒pBs为实验材料，利用光子图像探测系统(Photon-counting image acquistion，PIAS)、微弱发光测量仪和UV／VIS分光光度计和生物统计学的成组比较法原理对单线态氧(~1O_2)、羟自由基、超氧阴离子(O_2~-)三种氧自由基诱导DNA超弱发光的变化过程进行了研究，结果发现这三种氧自由基中·OH能诱导DNA的超弱发光发生显著的增强变化，而其他两种氧自由基对DNA的超弱发光并无显著诱导作用。

With hydroponic culture, we studied the effects of Zn(superscript 2+) on dry matter and zinc accumulation in wheat seedlings using Chang 5864 as the experimental material. In this paper, Zn(superscript 2+) concentration in cultivating solution was 30 and 60 mgL^(-1), respectively, and 0 mgL^(-1) Zn was set as control. Seedling root and plumule were gathered every day from 4 d to 13 d after cultivation. We measured dry matter weight, and analyzed zinc concentration by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation in seedling root and plumule were all significantly improved under Zn treatment.

为了探明Zn在小麦植株中的吸收、分配和积累规律，以小麦品种长5864为供试材料，来用室内水培方法，于培养4~13d后取幼芽和幼根，用原子吸收分光光度计法测定样品中Zn的含量，研究了不同Zn(上标 2+)供应水平（0、30、60mgL^(-1)，分别用Zn0、Zn30、Zn60表示）对小麦幼苗干物质积累及幼苗Zn含量和积累的影响，分析了小麦幼苗中Zn的积累规律。

In the biochemical analysis aspect, it is first time to use the simple fluorescence spectrophotometer to determine the protein in human serum by red alizarin as the probe of the RLS. The experiment shows that the system HSA-red alizarin has the maximum intensity of the RLS in Britton-Robison buffer of pH4.10 at maximum wavelength of about 360nm. The method has better linear range within 0.040-10.0ug/mL, determination limit is 0.040ug/mL.
