In this paper,an absorbance ratio-derivative method for the simultaneous determinaton of mercury and lead has been developed.

The methods of IR and others were carried on in order toverify the structural formula of XN. The validation of analytical procedures wasconducted according to quality standard of XN in supplement of ChinesePharmacopoeia in 2002. The results show that the structural formula of XN isright and XN can be analysed in accordance with the quality specification of ChP.The results of three lots repeat tests show that the optimal process for XN wasrepeated excellently and quality of products is stable and controllable.

所合成的烟酸占替诺经红外分光光度法等波谱测定，证明其结构正确；经检验方法学验证，确证该产品适用于按《中国药典》质量标准检验；经三批次重复验证试验，结果表明优选的烟酸占替诺合成工艺重现性好，所得产品质量可控，收率为91.1%，接近文献报道的最高收率。
