Methods:tlc was used by the same rf of the color for the identification,the content of uncaria alkaloid in rhynchophylline was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.

采用tlc通过显色剂的显色比较有相同的rf进行鉴定；采用紫外分光光度法对钩藤总碱中的钩藤碱进行含量测定。

The content of uncaria alkaloid in rhynchophylline was 0.71% measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 246.0 nm wavelength.

结果：本品定性鉴定薄层色谱特征明显，与标准品有相同的Rf；紫外分光光度法在246.0 nm波长处测得钩藤总碱中钩藤碱的含量为0.71%。

Results:tlc characteristic of qualtative identification of this goods was apparent,with the same rf to standard samples.the content of uncaria alkaloid in rhynchophylline was 0.71% measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 246.0 nm wavelength.conclusion:this method was found to be rapid,simple,economic,accurate and reproducible.

结果：本品定性鉴定薄层色谱特征明显，与标准品有相同的rf；紫外分光光度法在246.0 nm波长处测得钩藤总碱中钩藤碱的含量为0.71%。结论：此方法快速、简便、经济、准确、重现性好。

The results showed that the influence of time and temperature to absorbency is visible about standard solution of chlorogenic acid, but solution of the tobacco sample is unconspicuous.

用药治疗12周取肾，HE、PAS染色，在光镜下观察肾组织形态学变化，并在透射电镜下观察肾小球超微结构的变化。用半自动生化分析仪检测肾皮质匀浆中SOD活力、MDA含量。用免疫组化技术检测肾小球中MMP-9、TIMP-1的蛋白表达，用原位杂交技术检测MMP-9mRNA、TIMP-lmRNA、PAI-lmRNA的基因表达。免疫组化和原位杂交结果，采用计算机图象分析系统测量各自的平均吸光度。所有的实验数据均用SAS6.12统计软件包进行统计学处理。

Stems and leaves were determined and compared by al(no3)3 colorimetry and hplc. the method with ultrasonic wave was applied to extract flavonoids from the leaves and stems of urtica dioical l.. with the contents of flavonoids as the index, the best extraction conditions were selected out. results the best extraction conditions were as follows:soaking the raw material with ethanol(80%, v/v)-water solution (1∶30) at 60℃.
