By the elementary macro regulation of H〓 production with 2, 5-dibromo-3-methyl-6-isopropyl-p-benzoquinone , N, N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide , 3-(3, 4-dichlorophenyl)-1, 1-dimethylurea , sodium dithionate, sulfur-deprivation and cell immobilization, the results show that DCCD, immobilization and sulfur-deprivation has a positive effects on the H〓 production.

利用DCCD（质子泵抑制剂N，N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide）、DBMIB（光合电子传递抑制剂2，5-dibromo-3-methyl-6-isopropyl-p-benzoquinone）、DCMU[PSⅡ光合放氧抑制剂3-（3，4-dichlorophenyl）-1，1-dimethylurea]、连二亚硫酸钠、无硫调控及固定化扁藻等手段，对该扁藻产氢进行初步的宏观调控，发现DCCD的加入、扁藻的固定化和无硫调控对产氢均有正效应，其中无硫调控使扁藻产氢时间延长，总产氢量提高了近10倍。
