Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of pneumoperitoneography with spiral CT examination for inguinal hernia.

目的：探讨疝囊充气造影螺旋CT检查对腹股沟疝的诊断价值。

Results Honeycomb or reticular sign, bulging of interlobar fissure, air bronchogram, multiple nodules and/or ground glass opacity, and angiogram sign were found in 6, 2, 8, 5, and 4 of the 10 patients mainly manifested as consolidation, respectively.

结果 以实变为主型10例，其中6例见&蜂窝&或网格影，2例见叶间裂膨隆，8例见充气支气管征，5例合并多发结节和磨玻璃密度影，4例行增强扫描均可在实变区内见&血管造影征&。

Results The bronchi stricture can be seen at lobar bronchus or segmental bronchus and the bronchial walls were thickened. No mass and opposite "S" sign can be found in all the cases. Among them,centripetal stricture can be found in 6 cases, and eccentric stricture in 11 cases. Bronchi stricture with obstructive atelectasis in 12 cases. In which "Air bronchogram" can be found in 9 cases. Bronchi stricture with pleural effusion in 8 cases. With intrabronchial polypoid shadows in 5 cases. With active pulmonary TB in 9 cases.

结果：17例均有肺叶或肺段支气管起始部和/或分支部不同程度狭窄及管壁增厚，无肿块及反S征；其中，向心狭窄6例，偏心狭窄11例；狭窄伴肺叶或肺段不张12例，其中不张或实变区可见充气支气管征9例，占75%；伴胸腔积液8例；伴管腔内息肉样软组织影5例；伴肺内结核9例。

Objective To investigate the practical value of spiroCT lamellar scanning with low tension of air in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.

The effects of feeding frequencies(1, 2, 3 and 4 times per day) on the growth of Sparus macrocephalus were studied in a 40 d growth trial under the condition of 26.8~24.5℃, 26.0~27.0 salinities for determining the optimum feeding frequency. Identical diet was selected for the mature and seedling of Sparus macrocephalus in the aquiculture system.
