本文针对地下采空区膏体充填理论与技术进行了系统、深入的研究，主要内容和结论如下：(1)从膏体料浆的重量浓度、屈服应力、流变曲线、可泵性等多方面揭示了膏体的特性。

Methods:12 cases of oral cancer treated with radical therapy were repaired by brachiordialis muscle with radial forearm flap , the flap was prepared and requisite brachioradial muscle was exsected simultaneously, perforators were not injured.Blood vessel was anastomosed, brachioradial muscle was filled up into cavum , oral defects were covered with flap.

12例口腔癌患者行根治术后所遗留下的缺损利用前臂桡侧皮瓣+肱桡肌来修复，同时制备皮瓣和切取必须大小的肱桡肌，勿损伤肌支，吻合血管，肱桡肌充填于死腔，皮瓣覆盖口腔面缺损。

Methods To divide 147cases cacodontia which need root-canal therapy into two groups randomly, 90 cases in the Tinidazole root-canal disinfect group, 57 cases in the Tinidazole root-canal filling group.

方法对147例做根管治疗的患者随机分为两组，替硝唑根管消毒组90例，替硝唑根管充填组57例。

Around HPG, the level was lower than that around silicon gel (P.05). Conclusion HPG is a new, better filling material with good biocompatibility, faint inflammatory reaction, and it has thinner and softer capsula. It may has a good prospect of clinical application.

Seven thirdorder seismic sequences can be recognized from bottom to top in the Paleogene in the Wushi sag, which consist of a depositional sequence from transgression to regression as a whole and correspond to different stages of structural evolution. Sequences developed in different stages of structural evolution are different in filling sequence and distribution of sedimentary system. Multiphase structural evolutions result in development of source rocks and reservoir and cap rocks in various parts of the sag. The sequence 2-4 deposited in strong chasmic stage have the best source rocks and sealing conditions as well as various favorable reservoirs, thus are the most favorable targets for obtaining discoveries in this sag.

结果认为：乌石凹陷古近系从下至上可以划分为7个三级地震层序，整体上为一个水进到水退的序列，分别对应不同的构造演化阶段；不同构造演化阶段发育的层序具有不同的充填序列和沉积体系分布；构造演化的多期性使得该凹陷多个部位都有烃源岩和储、盖层发育；其中以强烈裂陷阶段沉积的层序2-层序4中发育的烃源岩和盖层条件为最好且发育多种有利储集体，是该凹陷寻找油气藏的最有利层段。
