结果表明，当标准Au与样品的称样量降为160.00~200.00mg时不影响其含Au量的分析结果；分别使用镁砂灰皿和骨灰灰皿，样品含Au量的分析结果与理论含Au量的偏差均在国家标准的允差范围内；标准Au中加入适量的Cu后测得样品的含Au量更接近于其理论含Au量；标准Au与样品中Ag的加入量（2.5~2.7倍Au质量）对样品含Au量分析结果的影响不大。
