Results The linear ranges of protocatechuic acid, rutin, hyperoside and quercitrin were 40.2-804.0, 24.8-496.0, 25.2-504.0, 20.4-408.0 mgL^(-1)(r≥0.999 5, n=6), respectively. The average recoveries were 100.2%, 99.3%, 99.5% and 98.3%(RSD.9%, n=6), respectively.

结果 原儿茶酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷质量浓度分别在40.2~804.0、24.8~496.0、25.2~504.0、20.4~408.0 mgL^(-1)内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r≥0.999 5， n=6)，方法平均回收率分别为100.2%、99.3%、99.5%、98.3%(RSD≤2.9%， n=6)。
