Several inducers cicada exuviae, colloidal chitin, horsefly cuticle, shrimp, maggot and silkworm chrysalis were compared with their effects on production of cuticle-degrading protease of entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae.

研究了不同碳氮源对金龟子绿僵菌产生与分解昆虫外壳相关的蛋白酶活性和同工酶谱带的影响。结果表明：蝉蜕、虻虫壳、蝇蛆壳、蚕蛹壳、虾壳、胶体几丁质均可使金龟子绿僵菌产生蛋白酶，虾壳和胶体几丁质所产生的蛋白酶比活性最高，蝉蜕次之。

Different biological and ecological characteristics, virulence, sporulation, conidia bourgeon, Protea-Bse activity leve and colony growth of 6 strains of Beauveria bassiana were measured respectively. The results were calculated by grey relational analysis and the optimum sequence was built from the professional comparison of each strain's characteristics. Two strain's have a potential of appling in mass production, BD-B015 and BD-B038 were abtained. The revisory mortality to Laphygma exigua Hubner were 88.33% and 86.70%.The infected rate were 86.67% and 85.27%.

The effect of 6 fungicides on germination of conidia of the strain Ma83, Metarhizium anisopliae, in different time was studied.

The results showed that the conidia of the RNAi transformant accumulated more trehalose, lost viability more slowly during prolonged storage and showed reduced heat shock sensitivity than the wild type, and the overexpression transformant has reverse results. These results indicate that neutral trehalase in M.anisopliae control trehalose concentration via degradation of trehalose, and indirectly influnce the viability of conidia during prolonged storage and the resistance to heat stress.

以上研究结果表明，金龟子绿僵菌CQMa102孢子体内海藻糖是由中性海藻糖酶降解的，海藻糖含量与耐储性和耐热性具有正相关性，中性海藻糖酶在虫生真菌金龟子绿僵菌孢子中的生理功能是通过降解分子内海藻糖调控海藻糖含量，从而影响其对不良环境的抗性，如储藏性、耐热性。
