The results showed that TiO2 thin film had a good effect on degradation of HA, and the degradation rate could attain to 52.9% in three hours which was 18.2% higher than that of direct photolysis, but when compared to the TiO2 aqueous suspensions, the degradation rate of TiOa thin film was a little lower.
