健康检查

Three stages of nursing should be emphasized for the safety of old patients and successful performation of endoscopy, including health education before endoscopy, wardship during endoscopy and observation of complication after endoscopy.

为保证老年患者的安全和检查的顺利进行，应注重肠镜检查三个阶段的护理，相应的护理要点为术前的健康教育、术中监护，术后并发症的观察。

Participants and methods 1、All participants were diagnosed with NAFLD byabdominal ultrasonography in lst affiliated hospital of JI NAN University frommay 2006 to march 2007. 2、All participants had no history of viral hepatitis orexcessive drinking(alcohol intake less than 140g per week for male and 70g perweek for female). 3、Detail history, anthropometrical parameters (height,weight,waistline and hipline). A B-mode ultrasonic examination was performed todetermine the liver fat content and participants were divided into the following threegroups based on their liver fat content: mild fatty degeneration group, moderate fattydegeneration group,severe fatty degeneration group.

对象与方法1、本研究以2006年9月至2007年3月在暨南大学附属第一医院内分泌科门诊、消化科门诊和体检中心初诊为NAFLD者为研究对象，总共有NAFLD组病人405例，男性232例，女性173例，年龄在20-80岁之间，平均年龄56.6±6.89岁，按B超的检查结果NAFLD组病人分为轻度NAFLD组、中度NAFLD组、重度NAFLD组，各组性别构成和年龄差异无统计学意义。2、选择年龄在20-80岁之间的健康体检者并行B超检查排除NAFLD者为对照组，共119例。

Methods Twenty-three cases of OSAS patients proved by polysomnography were examined with MRI. The cross-sectional area of retropalatal region, retroglossal region, epiglottal region and the lateral parapharyngeal fat pad of RP region was calculated. The thickness of bilateral and posterior pharyngeal wall and other indices were also measured. 30 nonsnoring age-matched normal subjects were selected as the control group. 15 patients underwent turbo field echo T1-weighted imaging during sleep. The images of RP, RG, and EPG were analyzed. Results In oSAS group, the cross sectional area of RP and RG regions was smaller than that of the control group.

应用MRI对23例经多导睡眠监测（polysomnography， pSG）确诊的OSAS患者及30例无打鼾的健康成人进行上气道检查，于轴面图像测量软腭后区（retropalatal region， RP区）、舌根后区（retroglossal region， RG区）和会厌区（epiglottal region， EPG区）的气道截面积，各区前后、左右径及其比值，各区咽侧壁、咽后壁软组织厚度，RP区咽旁间隙（lateral parapharyngeal fat pad，LPFP）截面积，于正中矢状面图像测量软腭厚度、长度及截面积，对两组各项检查指标进行统计学分析。
