In this paper we analyze the marks of the 2003 grade students and give some explanations to the results. Three parts are included as follows:(1) In the first chapter we study the 2003 grade students" math term marks and their cet-4 marks according to their entrance marks by using the clustering analysis of ordered sample. From the results we find some factors that affect the students" marks. And we also prepare for the analysis of variance that include quantitative variable.

本文通过对我校2003级学生的各种成绩及相关信息采用不同的统计方法进行分析，并对统计分析结果的实际意义进行解释和讨论，主要涉及以下三方面内容：(1)第一章中用有序样本聚类的原理，对学生的高考成绩和高等数学统考成绩以及四级成绩进行聚类分析，初步找到一些影响学生成绩的因素，同时也为后面包含定量变量的方差分析模型做了准备。

The basical ideas, arithmatic methods and applied conditions of reduction of partial least squares and discrete wavelet transformation, logitboost, random forests and fuzzy kendal discriminate analysis of microarray gene expression data, ordinal discriminate analysis of time series multivariate data and varied-coefficient-logistic-regression-model discriminate analysis of the data with varied regular pattern in itself.

本文对医学领域中判别分析方法的新进展做一综述，介绍了微阵列基因表达数据判别分析中偏最小二乘法降维、离散小波变换法降维、logitboost算法、随机森林、模糊核判别分析以及时间序列多元数据有序判别分析法、自身有变化规律数据的变系数logistic回归模型判别分析法的基本思想、算法和适用条件。

Moreover, it requires for high costs and personnel expense on polysomnographexamination. We could not do overall examination according to the contemporary medical resources. In the aspect of preventive medicine, it is necessary to establish a set of prediction model to accurately give preference to moderate serious sleep apnea syndrome.

一般来说患者并无立即病痛与不适且大多患者都不自觉，容易造成延误就医且睡眠多项生理检查需耗费相当昂贵的成本与人力，目前国内的医疗资源并无法做全面性的筛选，就预防医学的角度而言，建立一套可以优先准确筛选出中度与重度睡眠呼吸中止症候群的预测模型有其必要性。

A corneal abrasion with a diameter of 7 mm was created centrally in both eyes with a trephine and subsequent rubbing off on the corneal epithelium with a 20% alcohol soaked swab. Photographic documentation and hematoxylin and eosin stained pathological section were performed when rabbits were killed at 0,12,24,36,48 and 72 h. Planimetry was performed, and the corneal photographs were analyzed with computer software.
