偏身麻木

After comparing the clinical symptoms and physical signs between the analogous apoplexy group and apoplexy one, using American SAS statistical analysis soft ware to take logistic regression analysis on 2206 cases, combining with clinical practice, bibliography investigation and specialists experience, the main symptoms of analogous apoplexy were defined as vertigo, sensory disturbance, severe headache, visual abnormality, involuntary movement, mental aberration, epileptic attack, agnosia, alexia and agraphia, etc.

将临床上不以传统中风的突然昏仆、半身不遂、口舌歪斜、语言謇涩或不语、偏身麻木为主要临床表现的西医脑卒中统归为类中风进行研究运用类中风组与中风组临床症状体征对照的研究方法，采用美国SAS统计分析软件，对2206例调研资料进行logistic回归分析等多因素分析参考回归结果，并结合临床实际、文献调查、专家经验，从而确定了类中风的主症为眩晕，身体感觉障碍，剧烈头痛，视物异常，不随意运动，精神障碍，癫痫样发作，失认失读失写等为类中风的进一步研究奠定了基础

当然，其中主要是一些传统的血瘀证症状、体征，如唇色紫暗、舌质紫暗、舌脉曲张、睑下青黑、舌有瘀斑、面色晦暗、肌肤甲错、瘫肢疼痛不移、肌肤青紫/有瘀斑，但也有一些症状和体征是以往并不常作为判断血瘀证的，如下肢肌力减弱、偏身麻木、精神萎靡、言謇失语、脘腹胀满，为脑梗塞血瘀证的诊断增加了新的依据。

同时，在相关的临床症状和体征的多元线性逐步回归分析中发现，唇色紫暗、舌质紫暗、舌脉曲张、下肢肌力减弱、偏身麻木、头痛，睑下青黑、精神萎靡、舌有瘀斑、言謇失语、面色晦暗、肌肤甲错、瘫肢疼痛不移、肌肤青紫/有瘀斑及脘腹胀满对脑梗塞血瘀证诊断的影响较大；将单因素分析有显著性意义的症状、体征变量，代入贝叶斯逐步判别分析，结果发现唇色紫暗、舌脉曲张、爪甲紫暗、偏身麻木、舌质紫暗、言謇失语、睑下青黑、头痛、瘫肢温度降低、下肢肌力下降等对血瘀证的诊断能力较强，而且在随后的交互检验中也显示了较好的稳定性。

Results: The overall effective rates of treated group and control group were 83.2% and 76.67%, and the excellent effective rates of the two Groups were 49.1% and 40.00%(P＞0.05), but Xi-chen-tong-shu capsule had an better effect for main syndromes such as hemiplegia, crooked tongue and facial palsy, inflexible tongue, logagnosia, hemianesthesia, etc.

结果：希臣通舒胶囊治疗组总有效率为83.2%，显效率为49.1%。心脑舒通胶囊对照组总有效率为76.67%，显效率为40.00%。两组疗效比较，无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。但对半身不遂，口舌歪斜，舌强言謇或不语，偏身麻木为主症的显效率，治疗组为58.49%，对照组为46.67%。
